Allright, let's begin with the Christmas walls. The first thing that catches my eye is the strange and small size (800x571). 800x600 is the standard ratio, but either way it's too small to submit here on AP. Also, due to the size I can't really make a good judgement about the scan extraction, etc.
Anyway, the second thing I want to comment is the background color. It's a really 'dirty' color, which isn't really representating Christmas (white and blue are the colors for that).
