If you vectored this, i'll go like "wow this is so good that i can't tell you vecotered =D"

if you didn't. i'll just think you crop the original pictures and did a little thing xD which is bad?

Well, basically, what she (or he, I'm not really sure, and I'm too lazy to find out) is saying is that you should add more to it. It doesn't really look like you did anything to it, except add a gradient or two.

As the first post stated...
well in other words maybe

the scan itself is not bad, and it looks really good, and has its own form of ''cuteness''

but yeah, the scan dosnt really look clean, and thats very importent in all the wallpapers, and not to have to many flashy colours(maybe have them ABIT darker)
so if you can vector, try to see how it would look like when it is vectored, if you dont know, well try to find a tutorial, there should be a thread on AP with alot of tutorials to this

A vector is a picture made in a programme that uses shapes and calculations to make the picture, as opposed to a pixel image such as adobe photoshop or pain or fireworks.

A vector programme would be something like freehand or flash.

You stay away from that doll with the red shoes, if you know what's good for you
