After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I have both a pc and a PS3 (XD) emoticon
I think the pc is more for ego shooters and the console for RPG and Hack and Slay games like devil may cry.

I hate xbox360 because they have all the good RPGs like Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Fable2 or Lost Odyssey. Why only XBox !!!!!! (;_;) emoticon

I love Star Ocean <3 emoticon

As of late I cannot say one way or another. In one hand PC seems to have a million new MMORPGs which seem to be a rivalry of art styles and mimicry. In the other hand we have consoles which seem to be all about exclusive titles that make the hapless masses go out to buy a new console just to play the newest familiar game titles. Then we have a third tier the Wii which is in a class on its own. The Wii sucks in old gamers with familiar faces while delivering a cool dead experience. Then Wii has the look what we can do that the other consoles can't do rushed to your door with most polish then content hardcore gamers need not apply games/apps that will be forgotten in a year.

I would say console just so that I wouldn't have to upgrade it every 4 months

I simply prefer Console than PC for playing games. Personally i don´t have all the money needed for always have the superior computer model, only some upgrades.

For the PC games, if you want to truly enjoy them, you have to get the most new and advanced technology. And to the realist, the progress never stops. At least with a console you don´t have to worry about much upgrades for a year or three.

I guess it depends on what game. Though I am one that prefers PC over console.

I had Xbox360 for a year and was happy with it. I played great games like GoW, Mass Effect or BioShock before my friends could on PC. Then i sold it cause i missed pc gaming and now i have only pc for a year. I will probably buy no new console in the future again - only console exception will be old PS2. I just HAVE to buy it no matter what because of games like Okami, SOTC or ICO. It is my duty as a game to play those games :-)

I have a good pc (2 years old) and a ps2 so i don't have the very last stuff but it's good enough for now.

But i intent to buy a PS3 at christmas cause when they'll put the PS3 slim on the market, the classic one will be cheaper ^^

I guess when your playing on a console, you dont have to worry about it slowing down, like on a pc

Indeed but you can upgrade your pc, not your console.
That's what i did with my pc along the years, i change some parts to make it better without spending too much.

I bought a gaming computer for the purpose of gaming.
But there are something better suited for console.
Like I can't play Dance Dance Revolution on my computer.
So my computer is pretty much for my shooters and mmo's, while my consoles are for everything else.

I mainly prefer consoles to play games. I never really bothered to play games on a PC as I have a cheap computer. Except for some emulators I have. I have a good Super Nintendo emulator with a lot of great games.

LoL one of you said reflexes aren't as good if you play consoles. Personally I can play both PC games and Consoles with same if not identical skill for either, especially games like COD 4. I prefer consoles mainly because most of my computer do struggle to play games like COD 4 and Bioshock.

I do both, and don't really mind, although PC might lag sometimes, but not always, I usually play games on consoles, I'm just really used to it that way...
Even though I don't mind, I usually use consoles over PC.

You can do a lot more with a PC, that's all I can say. I'd only get a console for any of those exclusive games that you are dying to play. I don't really like a controllers either. Keyboard + Mouse > Controller.

The most obvious advantage consoles have over PCs is cost. The majority of consoles sell for well under $500, often with a couple games in the bundle. A PC adequate for running the latest games can easily cost twice that much.

The second most obvious advantage is simplicity. Let's face it, PC gaming can be a technical nightmare compared to console gaming. People can actually take a console home and be playing a game within minutes. No operating systems to configure or drivers to update, and better still, no purchasing a game only to find out that it isn't compatible with your PC for some obscure reason.

Multiplayer gaming is also made easy with companies like Microsoft offering online services for their product. The Xbox, which came equipped with a network card, raised the bar for consoles in this regard, making it a simple matter to hook it up to a DSL or Cable Internet connection and get into a multiplayer game on Xbox Live, complete with voice chat.

Another appealing thing about consoles is that many people prefer to play games sitting on the couch, or they want to play with friends in the same room. While these things are possible on a PC, consoles are extremely well-suited for this right out of the box.

Console games are more readily rented than PC games, and more easily returned to the retailer if you're not satisfied with them. Generally speaking, it is difficult to return PC games because they are easy to copy.

Console games tend to have a relatively low learning curve. You might need fast thumbs, but you certainly won't need to spend hours in a "tutorial" trying to learn how to operate basic game functions.
