Hi i am a huge KH fan i am very dissapointed that the 3 new games coming out tha ti have waited for are being released only on the nintendo ds, the psp, and cell phone service, wtf is that about KH and KH2 were 2 of the ebst games ive ever played for rpgs and im pissed that the new games arent for any consoles worth my time
I'm kinda disappointed too (since I don't have PSP and DS) but I heard if you successfully complete those three, you'll understand the whole story of KH.
So it's worth to try (at least for me).
Btw, it's like they're forcing us to buy PSP and DS. ~_~

I agree -_- Why the hell are the new games on PSP or DS!? I don`t have these consoles too...

The PSP game will be eventually ported. Like EVERY major PSP game.

I do have PSP but i dont like the way that Square Enix seek profit by this way. why they dont try to make something new or something like ... Kingdom Hearts 3 for PS3 ? do not expect too much about new Kingdom Heart game for handheld =.=

The first game, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days brings the Disney and Square Enix worlds to the Nintendo DS and will feature characters Roxas and Axel in both single-player and multiplayer missions. The role-playing game will be directed by Tetsuya Nomura and Tomohiro Hasegawa. A date has not yet been set for the game's release in any region.
The second game is called Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep and will be coming to the PlayStation Portable. Birth by Sleep will tell the story of three new characters, all of whom are keyblade apprentices in search of a missing keyblade master. Tetsuya Nomura and Tai Yasue are codirecting the title.
The third title is a mobile game called Kingdom Hearts Coded and is set after the events of the first Kingdom Hearts game. Jiminy Cricket returns to Disney Castle to write in his journal, where he finds a mysterious message that he cannot trace. This marks the beginning of a new quest for a virtual Sora. The mobile phone models and carriers that will support the game have not yet been announced.

I think it was a brilliant move on their part to not just solely focus on creating playstation games- this allows them to branch out and bring in more people who would interested and in turn pick up the other games. Just because there are three games out now doesn't mean they aren't going to make one for the ps3. Look at Chain of Memories! After they finished that, they announced KH2 and CoM ended up being very important. (Though with the twilight town opening, most of the effect was lost because they basically gave a summary of it during those five hours.) Though I do wish they would release Re: COM, just so people could stop bastardizing the characters, but I'm kinda happy they didn't.
I think its kind of silly to assume that they won't make a KH3, with the sales and general acclaim for the series, it would be foolish not to finish it. These three new games take place in the past and give more background for us. :) KH3 will bring us back to the present and will continue on with Sora, Riku and Kairi's story.

I'm personally just happy that these games are actually coming out. I don't really care about them being on the DS or the PSP, since there both good systems (although the cell phone one does seem stupid). I personally hope that they add more towards the story, since it is one of the best parts about the series. Besides, all these three games are, are just a easy way to satiate fans while they work on Kingdom Hearts 3. Still finding out more about Roxas, and those mysterious other three Keyblade weilders is definitely a plus.

First of all am i hearing that you really want to play 3 im sure to be epic rpg's on tiny screens for proly 30$-50$ each and i want to learn all the new stuff and the old unanswered stuff but its flip floppy the ds game is explaining the past the psp game is explaining the future and key blade war and the phone game is a virtual sora quest wtf is that and thats the only one that shows any disney invlovement right now even though we saw mickey in the hidden ending of KH2 which is supposedly based on the psp game but i mean none of these directly involve the continuation of sora and friends main journey so im sure they are gonna make a KH3 but why couldnt these 3 games b4 a tv based console, i mean i played CoM and loved it but i was up set it was for GBA cuz i liked KH so much and obviously other people were upset cuz they disregarded the whole playing system from CoM in KH2 idk gimme your input please

PSP and DS are good as handhelds but the gameplay in the game is not so fun. So I would say if it came out for a Normal Console the game would rock.

I think it was a big step that Square-Enix branched out the Kingdom Hearts games to hand-held games instead of the big consoles. Still, I can't wait for 358/2 Days. Roxas backstory ftw. x3

Well i think they gone craz to bring it out for DS or PSP i really enjoyed to play games in my roomof my bed and i have no intention to play Videogames when iam in the bathroom orin the Bus and now they want to realse Kingdom Hearts 3 for PSP or DS i think Square enix dont know anymore what they shoud do.
Iam Passionate Console player so im against it want to play Kingdom Hearts 3 in front of a Huge TV on Playstation 3 or Playstation 2

Thank you so much finally people who see how much this actually sucks i have a life im out i play games to beat them and discuss or play them with my friends when im out i work go places and do things when im home i relax and play CONSOLE handheld is ment for long car rides and planes not for sure to be epic rpg sequels
I'm waiting for some new game will be release on PSP next year but maybe it's kind of depressing somehow =.=
if I can choose one more time, I will not buy worthless PSP. Just some game is worth (god of war chain of olympus, patapon, CC FFVII) the rest of them is such boring thing
