After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

You musn't underestimated the girls when they are playing games. If they're serious you will be beaten. I said this because I admire the girl who play Guitar Hero i and win the World Cyber Games. She is girl who had a guts to play the game. Other game is Call of Duty 4, she win again being the runner up. Uh it's a shame when boys
beaten up by girls. However, we must not underestimate them.

I don't see how, or why, losing to a girl is worse than losing to a guy.

It's a fact that the body build of a man is stronger than one of a woman, but that means nothing in the gaming world, strength nothing have to do with reflexes and coordination, thus making a dispute in any game to be 'equal' to everyone, male, female and whatever other third option might exist out there.

I'll not deny though, that losing that a girl is awkward, but that does have a certain explanation, that would be the same reason as to why a girl that play games is more . . . 'attractive' to male gamers eyes. Since they are low in number, female gamers are automatically put in a level as if she didn't played much a single game, at least not enough to become really good at it, but that is not really the case, it's only what people choose to believe since, again, for being low in number, it's not like you can find many of them and ask how many hours per day they play games.

Gaming has been male dominated and usually when people think of gamers they think guys. In reality though there is absolutely no difference between guys and girls in a video game because it's simply put, a virtual game. As more girls become gamers, the way other (male) gamers perceive female gamers will change to see them as less of some rare gem or whatever and more as just fellow gamers.

I know some guys who pretend to be girls to get loot in a similar manner. They'll 'play around' in order to get free items. Having a female character and being friendly can go a long way, apparently. It's actually rather humorous, to be honest. A lot of guys can pretty stupid. Especially in games like Halo. Most of them are nerds or geeks who have had no chance with a girl they like so they see a pretty character online, and they assume that the player is a hot girl. It could be an average girl, a really cute girl, a girl they might find ugly or even a guy. And they try not to kill the girl and friend request the girl. Kinda creepy. Haha and I found a Halo parody video on Youtube that shows a perfect example of that and I've noticed a lot more girls playing video games recently. I used to have guitar hero 3 in my dorm room and girls would come over all the time wanting to play. Then Rock Band hit... and a lot of time went to playing games with my friends. But those aren't the only games I've had girls come over and play. There was also DDR, Mario Kart on the Wii... actually, a lot of my Wii games, as well as one girl who whooped my ass in Soul Calibur 3, took me a month to match her skill level... then she learned how to actually use Ivy's combos... so it's fair to say girls got game when it comes to gaming.

Well, if you spend most of your free time in an environment of mostly men (there are more female gamers than ever now, but they are still considerably out numbered), this is about what you would expect. Dating is hard enough, but when your casual conversation topics and social skills are limited to what you know while playing video games, it's exponentially worse.

So it makes sense to me that desperate male gamers would be quick to try their luck with the few female gamers that might understand them. It can lead to some pretty sad and pathetic behavior, but I also know one or two happy gamer couples.

Gaming with a girlfriend is kind of funny you know. Especially with the Nintendo Wii. Playing funny games like Rayman Raving Rabbits or Wario Ware can be good to develop your relationship. And about their skills, sometimes I lose even if I cheat. (like pushing her away of something like that) So girls and gaming can be a good combination.

Hey, I'm a girl and I LOVE playing video games. (PS2 games are the best) Guys probably do stuff like that when they see a girl playing a game cuz they want to talk to a girl about games. They probably think, "hey, it would be nice if the girl ACTUALLY knew what the heck I'm talking about" when it comes to video games.

The reason is simple

most guys or girls even that do play video games a lot are people that stay in doors mostly and are afraid to leave the house, so they end up alone and at home playing online game, now these people when they are alone they tend to want companionship and comfort so when they see a girl usually a guy but even girls chat up other girls, but for now I'm assuming this a guy, so when a guy chats up a girl in a video game they immediately think omg shes a girl girls are a straight guys treasure after all so they tend to get either personal or rude with them because they do not have a partner/spouse or friend and so their brain plays on their fears of not having anything, they end up going a bit crazy and asking girls stuff like that.

typically teenage kids do this and are just having fun and or lack of experience in life, the older you get most of us mellow and mature out of that childish comments, and if they don't mature or mellow out i pray you do not meet this person online since they are probably pedophiles or a person that needs professional help.

Though there is that other reason prank/joke etc.. so remember its an online game don't give out your address credit card or real surname. Its usually younger kids that prank or joke like that, Girls just ignore those rude players and enjoy your game, although most guys play video games and most are perverted anyway yes even myself im a guy I cant help it but I'm 30 and mature enough to give respect to a girl.

because the majority of players is guys this is why they find girls interesting when they see one, its not as rare these days but you have to ask yourself something if situation was reversed if most girls played games and they found one guy out of 1000 girls playing an online game say I'd be pretty sure that the guy would get asked out or a girl would be rude to him w/e but since in our world biology has us beat most guys are perv in comparison to a female crowd. So you will always have boys being pricks to chicks because of the childish boys immaturity.

I once accidentally skipped the gender part when i registered on an online game and it was stuck on female. and in the game it shows a player's gender when you put your pointer over a his/her name. i was often called a girl because of this but i was treated like they would treat any male players, without knowing i was a guy.

also, i've seen many female players, that i know are females, and they seemed pretty good actually.

then, there are players who intentionally put their opposite gender in their profile (o_o) emoticon

guess gender doesn't really matter in online games nowadays

I am too an active female player and luckily I mostly get treated just like everybody else, whether it's male or female. At least in my guild.
Usually I try not to make a big deal of my gender and prefer not talking about it with strangers, they don't need to know anyway if they haven't noticed it themselves already.
It can be annoying how some stupid people start treating you once they know you're female and virtual sexual harrassment (can you call it that?) is not that seldom.
I, for my part, learned to ignore it mostly.

Other than that, more female players in online games would be aweeesome.
