Girls Playing video games
Um, there are games where their are attractive males who run around without their shirts (Devil May Cry 3 theres a cheat where you can get Dante without a shirt and Prince of Persia).
I love video games. Whether it be RPGs, Action, Adventure (hey I enjoy shooting things). If the game catches your interest, then I don't see why you wouldn't play it. You don't always need an attractive man in the game in order for you to like video games.
Legend of Zelda. The game rocks hard and Link is hot.

Its a good change to be able to see girls enjoy playing games as much as guys do. What kind of annoys me is that many gaming guys online try to go all over the girl whether it be playing around or for reals. Kind of pathetic really. Just play the game for crying out loud.
While I may not have a lot of finesse when I play fighting games, my unstoppable, aggressive tactics tend to overwhelm even the most experienced of players :D

Im a girl and i play games
I'm a girl too and my level of games can be near of a big fan's. Well, i've played Ragnarok Online, Audition, and Master of Fantasy. PS2 games are my forte (although i can't paly too many games recently)
I've never been asked to send porn pics by any guys from my online game times. Even if they did, they shall receive executions from me in a way or two. Sometimes, there are guys who wanted to befriend. I usually shake those off, don't wanna make too many troublesome friendships that is.
Also, the main reason why there are girls who definitely don't want to touch games is peer pressure, especially from families (most friends usually get excited when they know you join an online, especially their daily ones). My dad often said," I don't think there are girls who play games"

Oddly, I've gotten bothered by men because no one believed I was a female. That's another side effect of this normalized myth that female gamers are rare. It was on a World of Warcraft server, where guys would give me trouble because they thought I was just another dude pretending to be a girl character.
Just because I didn't fit their narrow gender norms of what a rare gamer girl would be like - I lacked pretty flowery username and spoke directly instead of cutely.
It's sad that by now, rude gamers still ignore the vast number of women in gaming, as well as still hold on to rigid gender ideals.

Dude, chicks that play video games are a turn on. i didn't know my girlfriend played video games so when i found out i was like "wow, you just got a lot hotter." Given she plays games that i would never play like Harvest moon or animal crossing
I play MapleStory (Yeah, I know... its the game everyone loves to hate) and I get this a lot myself. However, instead of chewing out the person and such, I just walk on. Usually the people who really love to bug me for nudes (or maple marriage) are really low level, so I decide to be evil and take them through the ant tunnel, which causes them to die. After that, its pretty easy to add them to the blocklist.
There's also a ton of sexism towards females on Halo 2 and Halo 3. However, its usually not in the "lets see you naked" manner. Its almost always the same line from guys. "This is a mans game, b*tch." Sadly, most of the guys that I've played H2 with (seeing I haven't touched H3 on XBL) we're well over 25 and always would brag to the younger players that they're so much more mature, then they'd use that same line. So mature, huh?

My girlfriend likes Mortal Kombat Trilogy, it's not an on-line game. However, the main reason why girls not play, in my opinion, that games are hell boring actually. Let's face it, pals.
Now about those girls who still play. Girl's tend to have some interest, if the game's theme, mood or design is in their interests, charms or fascinates them, they will play a bit or more, anyway they will not. My sister plays The Sims 2 what seems to be a favourite choice for girls when it comes to video games. She also likes Princess Maker 2, which is a very old game what many of you possibly know. My girlfriend also likes a game named "Kanji game", where you learn kanjis. I know a girl who plays WOW, becouse she's all into fantasy and anime, she enjoys it. Another one I know plays Heroes 3, and the third one plays MOHAA online. Every girl enjoy something different, so they all play the different games and would not possibly play the with other games. A boy would possibly try all the games more easily than a girl. They tend to select what they like and get rid of everything else from their lives.

I honestly don't see why people would care whether the person using the computer on the other side of the world is a girl or not... people who ask for their naked pics are just stupid, I mean, if the girl has the least bit of self respect, they would say no or just ignore you...
and if they kick your ass in a game, who cares? you got owned, deal with it... (or do as I do, keep asking for a rematch until I beat them)
