What happened to the good ol' days of survival horror?
Right now, they're purposely charging in to take on zombies, rather than fighting for their life. Shoot 'em up and survival horror used to be different..

Yeah, I think it's very easy than precedent episodes, I was on the last boss in only 5 days, I'm still bored to finish him, I don't want to end the game early ^^ (I'm playing the game in normal mode) also I think it's empty than RE4, no weapon sellers, no bag upgrade, and also so easy ... ;(
My favorite one is the Umtimate "Nemesis" episode, the RE3...
When I played other RE games, my all mission was to survive, unlike the RE5, I try always to beat them all, I never missed anywone... Capcom said that maybe she will prepare another episode in 5 years!I hope they will be back to the Survival Horror Old School...

Actually resident evil series lost its charm in scaring the hell out of u.in starting the game was a bit hard when all the villagers attack you and you only have the handgun with limited ammo's.but the story was awesome , graphics and sound were great.resident evil games are really addictive i have unlock every single thing in that game and in resident evil 4 also.
but i wish they make resident evil 6 scary.its a zombies killing game make it scary.there's a new part of resident evil on wii we can plays as claire redfield chris redfields(RE5 hero) sister.i think its a remake of resident evil 2.

The game is not that good, plus the controls is very annoying, pretty much like RE4.
And like samms said, the scares are gone. The appeal of it is already dead and gone.
I'd prefer Left for Dead, lol!
Personally, Batman: Arkham Asylum is much much better. Just finished the game a month ago, very nice.

I hope they will improve the scary thing in the next episode!After posting my precedent answer, I returned to the game to finish that damn Whisker, I get him off a plane and we fell the three (Chris, Sheva and Whisker) up a volcain, I think it's the real end now!But I don't want to end it now !

The most weird thing about this game was zombies have weapons.come on! zombies dont need weapons they already have there teeth and there infinity number like in left 4 dead they just attack you in such a high quantity.they have man power alot man power or as i say zombie power.the scary game ive played was deadspace.now that was scary.

I played Left 4 dead, it's true that the zombies on this game are really scaring, they attack on a massive group and they dn't need weapons, but I didn't like this game very, it miss a special touch, maybe the Japanese touch, they are the masters of Horror games, that's what I think...

I have finished the game and i have unlock all the contents of the games ask anything
I think the game is awesome,the weapons,the graphics,and the everything else except one thing they had to rune the final boss,me and my cousin played the and cleared on hard,imagine that you played all the resident evil series(well my cousin did,I just watched) and you'll notice that the final bosses have this final card,like RE3 nemisis,you defeat him once he turns to a lion like thing,defeat him again and he turns to a big monster.but in RE5 you just defeat whisker once and that's it you beat the game,I was so disappointed.

Thanks samms, anyway, there is no questioning the graphics. I mean it is really awesome but don't you guys feel like there is something missing with re5.

Well, in the final Boss, when Whisker transforms with Uroboros, after Chris and Sheva were separated and joined again face to Whisker, it's here when we start to shoot him now ? because I don't have enough ammo, I wanted if there is a tip to hit him ? ( I know that I should shoot the his "heart" when it appears) but is there something to do ? a hint ? Thanks ^^
@ zanaitoryoushi : Resident Evil is not an adventure game to make a jumping character or to add more movement control, graphics of Resident Evil are always the best, from the first Resident Evil till the last one, Capcom is bringing always the best graphics for this Saga... Don't you remember when Resident Evil 4 came with it's revolutionary Gameplay ? I remember when I played RE4, it was hard to realize that a so-rushed game could exist!The same thing for RE5 (maybe less).
I played RE5 co-op and it was really fun. I wouldn't have played it any other way.
I didn't trt the co-op mode until now ^^ I got a LAN between my PC and my brother's one (he lives just down ^^) But we didn't try it yet.
