As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

Is Bandai (or whoever produced those games) going to license and release them in the US?

The majority of the time, anime games never come to the United States. There have been a few exceptions here and there, but aside from that it's rather rare.

So, to answer your question, who knows. I honestly don't think anyone would really know the answer to that. I think it would mostly depend on what platform it's on, but even then there would have to be a really strong market for it over in the United States and I highly doubt that the market is strong enough to where Namco Bandai would think it would turn a profit over here. I'm sure there are some other factors that go into it, but I'm betting that is the biggest reason behind it.

A shame, really. Though sometimes I don't mind, since the majority of anime-related games that have been released in the US have been crap.

I doubt it. If you really want to know you should ask them on their own forums.
