NDSL: Cooking MAMA1&2 and Gardening MAMA
1 Page: [ 1 ]
Hi all!
i've loved playing the first cooking mama game since it came out! and then i was super excited about the cooking mama: dinner with friends when it came out! after mastering it and made lots of vitual yummy food, i waited, since i knew that the creators behind cooking mama would sooner or later come up with new ideas, and my wait ended a while ago when the new gardening mama came out! now i'm super obsessed with it !!
does anyone else out there enjoyed (and still enjoy) the cooking mama/gardening mama series?
what do you think of these games? (personally, i reckon the concept of the game is quite unique and interesting, maybe that's why it's so popular)
feel free to comment on the game(s)

I just started on gardening mama
and I've got to admit, it gets pretty addicting after a while ^^;;

When I first started playing, I didn't think there was any way that I was going to enjoy it. I was seriously surprised though. It was surprisingly fun! I nearly finished the game in one sitting xD.
I agree that gardening mama is super addictive! which is really bad because i should really concentrate on my last year of university studies, sigh
and i also agree that i didn't think it would be so addictive and fun at first, but then, as i kept playing and playing, it just got more and more fun! it's one of those games that you just want to keep going, since there're small presents that you get throughout the game and you also get to unlock new levels/food/gardens!!

I tried the cooking mama 2 well, it did looked stupid at first but it kinda got interesting afterwards... it funny when you do the chopping things on ds and sometimes you need to blow to the screen in order to complete the dish. Its cute.
I love cooking mama!
I get to make food without the messy clean-up and going to store and buying ingredients.
This game was really addictive and some of the recipes are quite challenging.
Getting a gold metal for the ravioli was super hard, but I did it!

I only have the first cooking mama but it is so addicting I have no idea why and it is still really fun.

I thoroughly enjoyed Cooking Mama 1, and appreciated the diverse offerings of food available in Cooking Mama 2. The premise of the game is great, although I can't play it too much in one sitting since the actions get repetitive and my hand gets cramped.
I haven't tried Gardening Mama yet, but have heard of it. Will probably get a copy of it this weekend to test out. Although I still prefer cooking...
Side note: How did you dress up your Mama? I put her into a kimono, with a fancy tiara
