As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

Hello !

i wanted to know if you play this type of vidgames and if you like them !
also , have you played a game which you didn't like .

i haw played a decent amount of anime/manga based games and the games that i liked where : JoJo's bizzare adventure (DC) ,Jump ultimate stars (DS) , gundam wing : endless duel (SNES) and both bleach fighting games on the DS .

the games i did not like where : the naruto games on the DS (i don't hate the series ),and the DBZ fighting games .

So what's your list ?

Well I havent played any videogames that were based off of animes/mangas. That's because i tend to stray away from them. They just dont really attract my attention as much. I would much rather watch or read them than play them in a sense. Although I do like videogames just not ones based off of animes or mangas. It doesnt seem like the storyline would be as good. But I could be wrong.

I only got two worth mentioning:

Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 - Really good game, i never watched the series but now i at least know the story and Haku being my fav character

Battle Stadium DON - characters from dragon ball z, one piece, and naruto in one game. Very fun game game but AI isn't very challenging and it gets realy easy when you get used to it even on Very Hard.

I have all the dragon ball tenkachi and budokai on the PS2.
There are damn good games.

And i will soon have the Naruto one on PS3. It's a very impressive game.
I can't wait to play it.

It bears mentioning that sometimes the Animes actually come after the game. As far as I understand it Clannad and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni were actually at the start video games, that were spun into animations. So you might not want to assume every anime game is bad, in some cases (and I am willing to bet even more in the future) the game came first, and was considered good enough to get a animation studio behind it and adapt it to television.

Let's see... my list of anime video games that I have played are:

-Go Go Ackman 1-3 (Super Famicom)
-Any DragonBall related game (except for the newer ones, which I have yet to play)
-Any Gundam game that is worthy enough to play (i.e. Dynasty Warriors: Gundam)
-Eightman
-Transformers - Convoy no Nazou (yes, I've played this stupid game, and I STILL haven't beaten Stage 1 yet)
-Any Pokemon game
-Galactic Wrestling featuring Ultimate Muscle
-Kamen Rider (Super Famicon; I know it isn't anime, but I finally managed to beat it several months ago)

And that's it... I think.

I play them, but it's pretty rare that I actually consider them worth the money. There are a few that aren't half bad, though. The Dragon Ball Z Budokai games were great, and I enjoy playing the Narutimett Hero series (Ultimate Ninja). Other than that, though, they usually seem a lot like cash-ins. Kinda similar to Movie games XD.

Of course, I'm just counting counting games based off anime, not anime based off games. That, and I don't play (is play the right word? XD) those visual novel games D:

It's kinda anime but kinda not but...

Melty Blood is a pretty fun fighting game that uses characters from the Tsukihime series (anime).

for those that don't know about the game.

It's a 4 button game with , A, B, C, and D.

A = Light Attack
B = Medium Attack
C = Heavy Attack
D = Shield

The Shield works like a parry and you gain meter if you shield attacks.

Melty Blood Actress Again just recently came out for Japanese Ps2 so I thought i'd mention the game to the Type Moon fans out there.

if you seem interested, you can look for Melty Blood for the PC, there is a game out there for PC and it's called Melty Blood Act Cadenza version. B

These kind of games are usually to make money so they are generally quite bad. But I played some that were quite funny.
Of course, there are these "flash games" on the internet, but that's not real videogames and are quite boring.
