Next time use imageshack's thumnail options to show your wall...
The extraction is pretty jagged... Your text on top and signature are really blurry for some reason and doesn't blend at all. Your spelling of "mizz" is kinda tacky if it's not a spelling error. -_- Didn't the mod tell you what was wrong when he/she rejected it?

First, looks like you used the eraser tool and/or magic wand to extract the image, you shouldn't. the pen tool or the polygonal lasso works a lot better, as you get smoother results (with feathering)
second, what's with the yellow dots?
third, you need to work on the font...try going to dafont.com and try looking for better fonts, and try changing positioning, opacity, overlapping, different colours for different segments of text, size and yada yada...

Fix the extraction and the Background is really grainy... did you use some kind of filter on that? Also, did you grab that scan from Animepaper? Or did you vector that yourself? I would love to see that cleaned up... I sure that by a great wall if you just made some adjustments here and there... Also, the text at the bottom has to go...

Common,dont be lazy this is a very easy scan to extract!just get a 600%zoom and start extraction CAREFULLY!

Hmmm... I dont like the choice of the color for the font... Everyone else said everything else I was gonna mention though. So eh... Keep the background and start over.
