I think the reason they doubt you is because the signature in the wall is "emo-chan" but your user name is "leucer". if you explain it to them then they will understand.
however the quality of the wall isnt very good so i dont think it would be accepted even if you explain the difference in signatures. first of all, the wall is not of a proper size. they accept 1024x768 but not 1024x819 ( the resolution of your wall ). secondly, the characters are badly extracted. their outline isnt smooth & i also suggest removing the white outline around them. i also think that the background needs to be changed. currently it's quite uninteresting. perhaps using some image related to the characters would serve as a better background.
i hope i wasnt too mean & harsh in my comment. good luck with your wall!

Why posting a wall without reading the AP guide first? You would have read that you need to add your OWN signature on a wall then you would have get some more details about the size of a submission wall then about the quality of scans...
So I would recommend you to FIRST read the AP guide and then start complain about the way they rejected that wall... Okay? :D
Ly almost said everything I could speak about your wall... Except the scans are pretty high quality which is probably the only really good point in this wall...
I wish people could STOP submitting wall without even asking on SZ FIRST! You know? BEFORE getting rejected!;)
But anyway your sign isn't Emo-Chan on this site... never Forget to change it of you submit it on an other site or do what I do and use the same pseudo everywhere! lol ^^

It is my own signature, but when i did this account i used a difrent one, i started to use Emo-chan a few month ago
And we aren't psychic unfortunately meaning we have no way of knowing this unless an explanation is present in your description.
Then it's just a misunderstanding and you should just explain it to them~! IF that is really your username... You can either change your nick here in AP or change that name in the wall... XD And yes, it's really better to post it here on session zero before you submit it... n_n

Um maybe it's too late but i think that you shouldnt submit the wall yet. there are still areas which can be improved.
Erm if the missunderstanding is solved get the wall fixed abit,get some effects on it...
