The quality of the image is poor, same goes for the background, it\'s practically empty. Use more colors to fill the bg.

well the first thing that i can mention is thet the scan looks really blurry... it seams that the quality of the scan is not soo good...
Try cleaning it.. although i'm not sure if this could solve your problem... i think that the best solution for this scan would be vectoring it...
about the background.. it looks a little empty for me.. try filling it more.. maybe adding some planets and stars, like a space scenary will work...
And i don't think that the text style is blending so well... i think you should try another font...
