which is better eureka7 or fullmetal alchemist ?

Can you really compare Eureka7 and FMA?? They both have their own genre and story. If you are to compare Bleach and Naruto that would be a different story. But IMO, I felt FMA is better. But Eureka7 has it's own ground to stand as well. To be honest I can't compare which is the best.
I can't compare either. They're both very different shows, and it would be kind of pointless. I've seen more of FMA than I have Eureka 7, but they're both pretty much on the same scale for me. I like them both, but I'de have to choose FMA. I basically only watched Eureka 7 for the mecha ^^;

Well i did not watch eureka and i can even say this, i am sure both are awesome animes, i did see FMA, it is really, but i think it is bad to rank animes, i would insist of the point that FMA and eureka are diferent animes, diferent stories, diferent authors, so how can you compare animes even if they are both in the anime categories? it would be the same as comparing which is better between matrix and a equilibrium, both action movies but diferent stories and both good at the same scale, do not take it harsh but i think it is better to watch anime and learn to enjoy the talent of the many people who worked on it rather than wondering such questions, but as i said, it is only what i believe, i still do respect the way other would think, anyway see ya

They are both different, and comparing them may be pointlss, but I do in the end prefer Eureka 7. Everything about it is better to me, like the story line, and the characters. But then again, I also really love Full Metal Alchemist... LOL, decisions, decisions^^

It depends. When it comes to romance, Eureka 7 wins hands down, but Fullmetal Alchemist is a great show too. I don't really know, it's kinda hard to decide.
I think it mainly depends on what person you are and what your tastes are.
For example, I'm kind of bored of the "adventure kids" shounen genre, so I prefer Eureka7. I watched the first 15-20 episodes of FMA and I thought it was nice, but it didn't grab me at all, so I stopped watching it. :P

I know everyone loves Hagaren, but I love Eureka SeveN way more. I like the character development better. It defiantly has more of a love story, but it also deals with how people understand each other. Hagaren deals with how organizations can look good on the outside but be corrupt on the inside. So I thought Eureka SeveN had more of a personal feel. Plus I love the genres Mecha, shounen, space-age and of course love.
It's really up to each person to decide which is better. I haven't finished either of the series yet, but I have a hard time deciding which I like more.

Eureka 7 is one of the few mecha anime i love, but IMO FMA wins hands down...

I've seen both and in the end i think eureka seven had one of the most satisfying endings among most anime and in fullmetal alchemist evn the movie leaves a bit of a sour taste (What about Winry!)and if a show can give a conclusive ending im all for that
