This is my last wallpaper...he is Killy from da best manga in the world, Blame! xDD (Tsutomu Nihei is simply rox)
I make 2 versions...I want to know which is better and which ya like most...
And of course how can improve it...so,as always, comments and advices are wellcome ^^

Oh...this is very nice. Personally, I'd go for the second darker version. The first version was too glowy and doesn't really quite give the wallpaper that intimidating feel.
I particularly love the font choice. It's very violent looking.
As for the background, the extensive use of orange, yellow and red hues give the background that claustrophobic rusty slum feel.
The only thing that I noticed is that white fluff along the black stringy thing on his left shoulder. Might want to remove that whole piece altogether since it kinds of look like it's sticking out of his shoulder.
And also might want to stoke that same things along his right arm to remove some white fluff there too.

Brilliant! I love the dirty feel to that background. And I agree with Dias, second version is definitely better.
The only things that get me are that his left arm (which is on the viewers right side) looks cut off, and maybe rounding or fading it in would make it look less sharp.
And, the text, for me, stands out just a tad too much, and lowering the fill or opacity maybe 5-10% would workbetter. But that's more of a personal preference, and not really necessary.

I like the second one. The glow makes the lines too rough, like bad extraction. And there's the part on his arm there...
I like the color in the glowing one, maybe you could find a halfway point.

Ive just make some changes...I dunt understand too much what ya want to tell me but..:s...Ok see it and tell me if its better now...

Arg, that sharp line is still there on his left elbow..above the letter A in BLAME. The frozen one is nice, the line isn't as noticeable, but his face (and rest of body) is too dark now.. And I don't think the text matches as well.

Oh, very nice. I prefer the first one, though the image does seem a little washed out.
