I suppose all of you know this char...Ichigo from Bleach...
This is my 4º wallpaper^^:D

Text looks bad :( the cutting of the stocks needs work as Ichigo stands out too much.

You must fix the cutting, especially hair and legs. Not too bad though.

I think the black around the ichigo text is a little too strong..kinda draws your eyes away from the main focus of the pic. Also did you blur out around his cape and whatnot? I'm not really sure how to word this, but maybe instead of blurring it all out like that..blur it out and then ad some kind of...like..brush stroke filter, oh like maybe crosshatching, something that will give the blurred strokes some kind of definition. I'm saying that because I don't know what the original picture looks like. But either way, I like it! ^_^
