Hey, I'm new to submitting papers, though I've made quite a few. I just never figured out how to make them the right size! T_T Can somebody help me?

Well,The link you've given is in html, you should really just give the url link,this site does not accept html.

The image you have is a nice start. But as far as the size thing,if you are already using an image at a high resolution, then just open a blank photoshop document [and put in the size you want ex. 1024 by 768] and hold shift down while resizing it to your liking, Holding shift insures the pictures dimensions will not be altered.
