If he doesn't work on what he broke. Anyways i would just add a signature which you add via text in photoshop at the bottom (small but clear) also you need to describe how you made it and why.
Signature is just saying things like
in the wallpaper somewhere visible, prefered at the bottom of the wallpaper so when its been used, the taskbar will cover it.
I wouldn't say its too bad, but the top (big) logo looks dodgy, looks a bit sharpened or what ever.

I don't post my new works here either, not because of the points, but because I honor the characters and their author and they simply don't deserve to be rejected by anyone.

Too funny, i've never thought of that.
So, I'm new at this... What do you mean fined? I need someone to give the rules and everything I need to know in the simplest terms possible. I would love to learn how to make walls but I dont want to break any rules.
Alucardwind: Well basically everyone's answered what a signature is. You have to give a description for them to accept a wall. Basically just talk about things like how long it took you, and why you did what you did, etc. For more info read Wallpaper Guide The sections about descriptions and signatures are around the middle.
Ikiku-Kasura: Fined is when they take papers (it's basically the currency at AP) away from you when you break the rules, or if your Wallpaper/Scan gets rejected. For more info read the FAQ and the Paper Guide.
