Okay...so i have a major creativity block.
i cleaned an image which i wanna use for a while, and i can't for the life of me think of a really good background.
the clean-up is still a lil rough around the edges in this image because it's one of the older ones. the newest one is on the server at my school x.x
but at least you can see the image.
also, i added the electricity in ginji's hand already.
at first i thought a city...but the angle they're at makes it weird.
any ideas?

Hm..how about putting them on a sidewalk? Somehow on top view? Or an angle that fits the image? Maybe a hill? It could work..maybe on top of their car? I don't know...those are the things I could think of right now with the image...

Waller's block can't be forced or anything. I just got over a bit myself, it's best just to wait and find something else to do for a while, get your mind off it until it comes to you.

I get over wallers block by browsing the web for other people's wallpapers. it gives me motivation and inspiration =).
Nice job on the electricity effects.
Anyway, I'd do it a bit different. people see Ginji, they think electricity. How about have Ginji and Ban sitting in an alley or someplace and have Ginji toss a coin at the viewer. They are always complaining about not having anough money, right?

I was going to suggest a orange/brown/red bg, kinda like fire, but then I realize that lots of people are doing that colours latelly... :/
I tried the browsing wallpapers ideas...but i've seen a total of maybe 2 get backers walls before...and only one really good one.
the good one of course used an abstract background...but i'm trying to not do that for this one seeing as everyone else is doing that on walls lately.

The electricity is done awesomely[is that a word?] and all, but it IS the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Ginji... And also, isn't Ginji's electricity more...yellowish? But in this case, you can only make it better cuz there's no background yet! My advice is to not worry too much about it and conciously forget about it and let your subconcious worry about it! ..Like I'm letting my subconcious think about the fact that I've been too lazy to upload an avatar!

From that position and from exp from the show, best place you could put them is a dungeon floor or a really dirty sidewalk. lol. go look for some stock photos

I think the glow on the lightning should be green, since in the anime, its also green...
i think scneric wall would look cool, perhaps on a road by the beach or seomthing of that sort...somewhere urban? i understand why you're having so much trouble, i hate working with that kind of perspective..good luck!
