Whenever I can't think of anything..I just go random..strange..here's one result..anymore ideas for it?
What are those big white things? Are they used to give some idea of perspective and a vanishing point?

Call it a very poor attempt...maybe I should change it... ¬_¬

The concept is good. I don't see concepts like this used in wallpapers that much, over all I kinda like it. The white horizontal bars give added volume to the wallpaper, just add a bit more glow on each of those bars.
You can continue on with this wallpaper if you want, there is just a few things you might consider --
1) you can add a 'zoom in motion blur effect' on those bars to make it look more like moving.
2) if you would notice the hair of the character, the wind the makes the hair flow, blows from LEFT to RIGHT. So adding movements, should also go from that direction or it won't make sense <!--emo&^_^--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='happy.gif' /><!--endemo-->;
3) if you want to keep the white horizontal bars, you have to make it look like it's zooming or moving Left to RIGHT too. Instead of Zooming in from the center. <!--emo&;)--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Overall I like the design and colors!

Tried with Red's ideas..looks better now IMO. Hm..maybe I should add some blood puddles...maybe i should figure out how to do that..well..how does it look now?
I like the 2nd attempt, but I'd make the columns of light more solid, ditch the text, and make the floor and ceiling solid black, or turn down that weird wavy texture your using now. It's an interesting concept, keep working at it.
Well, since the columns really catch your eye, you should try to make them a little more dynamic. The motion blur looks good, but now you need to establish that the blur of light is coming from somewhere. So, use the original layer you have with the columns not blurred and put it on top of your motion blur layer and set is to like, an opacity of like 75%. To make it ever more blended, add another motion blur layer, set to 50%, but a smaller blur than the largest one. Cause that way, it'll definitely look like the columns are moving. I hope that makes sense...
And pay attention to direction! And, I say keep the texture on the floor and ceiling, it adds a mystique to the wall

Ey the third one is much much better. I lik that you added another color into the wallpaper. The yellow give it more contrast now. And good idea on removing the black on top.
Nice. Very dark atmosphere coming from the wall itself.
The text would be better read as "Would you follow someone <b>as</b> tainted as myself?" Sounds much nicer this way.
The pillars are a great concept. Gives a sense of perspective into the whole wall.
<u>Now this is only a personal preference on my part, so you do not have to follow my suggestions. It's your choice to implement it or not.</u>
I usually don't prefer leaving something in plain white on my walls, especially when it's blurred like the pillars. The blurred white areas, when compared to the colors surrounding it, tend to look weak. I will duplicate the pillars (the blurred ones), lock transparency, fill it with colors and then set the layer to color mode (adjust opacity to taste). That way, the blurred areas will have some colors in it. Makes it look glowy in a way.

I agree with Dias-kun! And..the text doesn't make sense to me.. "Would you follow someone tainted as me?". Shouldn't it "Would you follow someone AS tainted as me?" -blink- or am I just being the stupid ol' misu you all know and love?
but in any case, I do think it's a rather cute idea for a wall ^^

I like the third one most,
as it can give out a mysterious feeling , and it can match the character inside the wallpaper~
