I don't really surf to other sites much. Most of the time I will be on anime forums, or on some anime resource site (like animenewsnetwork, animelyrics, animefringe) digging up info on interesting animes.
I also check my mails, (3 yahoo and 1 hotmail accounts), drop by a message board for (where my school friends and I can keep in touch).
There's also baka-updates.com to check on new releases.
After that, I log on IRC to get the releases that I want. At the same time, I idle at #projectzen (these I can only do on weekends when I am at home and not in uni).
Most of the time, when I have no where else to surf to, I will just watch some animes while waiting for my downloads to complete, or I will just fire up Photoshop and start brainstorming/ experimenting ideas.
Porn is boring. So I don't go to these sites.

I usually play a game or two (shooters)
i also play RO (sometimes)
I leech ALOT... most of it is anime, or anime OSTs
and I use msn to chat with some friends from time to time.
Don't do IRC it`s just too much letters and stuff (I hate linux for the same reason)
and I do a couple of boards, most of them are Dutch (my native language) and 2 or 3 of them are english
I also search for good source sites.... but they are hard to find ¬_¬

Other than schoolwork, I usually play UT, surf AnimePaper, moderate at FlashKit, check up on anime.mircx.com and animesuki every five minutes, check my email (1 hotmail and 5 private ones), go read some php and PS tutorials, read cnn.com, and rampage through the internet looking for anime OSTs to download.
I use the net as a primary research tool for further reading for study.. apart from that I read about a dozen webcomics on a day-to-day basis, check the news on The Guardian, maybe check Slashdot and the Register, Gizmodo, Time Asia sometimes does interesting stuff as well. I like reading around science articles and things like that. I have also developed an obsession with a couple of image boards. In terms of more interactive stuff, I visit a couple of message boards on anime and music, download MP3s, look at email and LiveJournal, idle for a bit on a few IRC channels and MSN XD
I read the nytimes.com daily. And I check wallpaper postings to see what's new. I don't really post or read posts... except here of course 0=D I download anime, and I check my email accounts and do the IRC bit. I might possibly be more active online than I am in real life... x_x
I live in RO.
Browse Animepaper, AL, and Deviantart, check me mail, talk with people on IM's, and read people's stories. Other than that I write and screw around with Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Let's see. Well I have high speed internet in my bedroom so I go on the internet for small amounts of time quite frequently. Let's see usually I check my sites hit counter like 8 times a day cause I'm obsessed. And my email gets checked like 7 times a day too. Well my yahoo one at least. It is the perfect thing to do when my PHP teacher is droning on and on and I'm about to fall asleep. And I usually check my other emails 2 or 3 times a day.
Then there is a few forums I go to. And my Live Journal. And animeSuki of course, that gets visited a few times a day by me. And I usually check my affiliate's sites to see what they are up to.

-downloading manga
-downloading skins for anything (winamp, aim, etc)
-chat
-look up information for anything I'm interested in at the moment
-read webcomics
That's about all I do. I hardly play games because I just don't. I like console better anyways. Well, Quake is good but I haven't played that in over a year.
