Yeah... I haven't seen the whole anime nor read any of the books... but I heard stuff and stuff.. so yeah..
But I'm curious... Do you guys think Ritsuka's gonna lose his ears to Soubi or something?? XDDDD Sooner or later?

Awww, but he's so cute with his ears!! I haven't finished the series yet, and I didn't read the manga, so I wouldn't know the answer. Gomen.

I dont know i dont think ristuka will lose his ears..i mean...wouldnt be good to be an "earless" 6th grader right.
i finished watching loveless a while back..one of the few anime series that i actually finished. im kinda disapointed actually cause it's pretty much an open-ended ending but i guess that is to be expected as the manga has yet to be complete in japan. i think Kouga Yun sensei have said that she pretty much knows how she want to end the series and should take a few more volumes to complete soo about 8vol total perhaps. maybe they can make a second season once the manga is finished XD
but o yeah back to the ears things..I've read a Doujinshi about Ristuka loosing his ears to Soubi XDDDDDD

Good stories/series are always pretty short.
It makes me sad, but at the same time.. kind of glad they're not getting too drawn out and watered down.

Well im not really holding my breath for a second season, tho it would be great. who knows could happen..i mean like Saiyuki reload series came out like what 2/3 yrs after Gensomaden Saiyuki??

I've heard about them maybe doing a second season of Loveless. I really hope so though ^^. Maybe they'll reveal then about the ear-problem. But still, I'm not sure if I want Ritsuka to lose his ears, kind of makes him lose his innocence, right?
I watched the whole anime, but there was only 12 episodes *cries* There should have been much much more! They could have worked on the plot more, like explaing why Seimei was murdered or the fact that he was in Ritsuka's seat, so were they really after Ritsuka? And Soubi's and Ritsuka's relationship needed to go on a bit more and and and *takes a deep breath* Well I absolutly loved it anyway, and now I am sooo happy that there is a manga! Oh I hope I can get it in Australia! I need more Loveless! Ahem, well lol, anyway, it's an awesome series, the anime should have gone on longer but I guess the manga will have to do.

I think he's cuter whit the ears :) and it would be a shame if he lost those, anyway i just bought the first volume of the manga. could anyone tell me if the anime's better or the manga. cause if the anime's good i'll just watch it without waiting for the second volume of the manga...

So, he doesn't lose the ears in the anime. But the manga is still ongoing, isn't it...? Or at least it was when the anime was being made...
Anyway, I think eventually, Ritsuka would lose his ears. If you think about it, in the beginning Soubi says something along the lines as he won't do anything to Ritsuka until he is older. I think when Ritsuka does get older, he'd end up losing his ears to Soubi.

No, because Loveless is a shonen ai manga, unless the author decides she wants to take it to the next level, but I doubt it. Of course, the whole "losing the ears" will most probably happen by Soubi's actions ^_~

I read a fanfic where Ritsuka was 16 and he lost his ears to Soubi. it was funny, because Kio and Soubi's other two college friends show up with a set of fake ears and a tail for Ritsuka saying "We figured you'd have to go back to school eventually!" it was hysterical!

I think Ritsuka will lose his ears at the end of the manga, I hope so ^_^. I've found some translations of the manga and a friend of mine have vol 4 to 6 in japanese. It's very interesting *_*. But the end is still far away...
