The most unpredictable anime's ending you've ever seen
The way i see it, shuffle is the most unpredictable anime's ending i've ever seen. I never thought the male's main character will pick that girl instead of any other! Have any of you guys watch it? What about you? what anime do you think that make you so surprise because the ending is not as you predicted before?

i guess i woulda never had guessed da ending 2 Mai-hime from da get go...dats coz of da revelations & twists along da way...but it waz somewat satisfying wen i finished it...does End of Evangelion count?? hehehe...mayb coz of da "wtf" factor hahaha...no way i'd xpect such a convoluted ending like dat...hehehe

Yeah, i'd say shuffle has the ending that i would've never predicted. always thought that he'd pick kaede although i always wished for nerine. But for me, i'd say the least expected ending came from Basilisk. Although a bit naive, i always thought they'd find a way to live happily together.
In my case, I would say Elfen Lied just because...

Theres two animes that i just couldnt follow. FLCL because it was totally random and the melancholy of haruhi susyama because it kept jumping around everywhere and i didnt know what the hell was going on

But I hear it was more a problem the mangaka had with the publisher (or something a long those lines) and it ended abruptly. I still thought the ending was good though.

Narutaru - it just had one of the biggest turnaround I've ever seen in an anime. It went from a seemingly typical school comedy to one of the most disturbing, psychological piece I've ever seen. Those who have seen the series will know what I'm talking about. The end was totally a Holy Sh*t moment.

Beating people with a bas guitarr? And driving over them with your moped that works in space? ... right totaly normal ...
DNA2 is pretty weird also ... Mahou Sensei Negima had a weird ending ... so did Ichiho 100% have :S
Acctuly i liked the ending of Shuffle alot. =) Tho her magical powers was a bit ... like this ":S" kinda ...
