I worked on this one for a while, and I'm at last pretty happy with the text and scan. Even though the image is a really pretty one, I made this with the last episodes in mind, so it came out kind of sad. I think.
Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.

Your Wallpaper is great and good just made the two characters the smae colors and add text and change the colors again and add birds and tree's and textures and your wallpaper will accepted in AP Gallery ;)

The scan does need a little bit more cleaning... overall it's extremely nice, though.

Thanks everyone for the constructive crit! I really appreciate it! It's intentional that the one character is desaturated. I wanted to make him seem separate from the vibrant colors. Does it look bad?

This will work only on PhotoShop:
1. Duplicate the layer
2. With the top layer selected go to Filters->Noise->Medium Noise->5 px
3. Change the blending mode of the top layer to Overlay or Soft Light (I mostly use Soft Light)
4. On the original layer use Blur or Soft Blur

Sure is a nice wallpaper, however 2 things
you abused a bit on the smart blur, because some lines are vanishing on the interior of the scan, worst thing that abuse of smart blur does, is "eat" the softness of the lines
so reclean the scan to get better results
another thing is the feathers, give them some rotation, to look less random

Its really good, but I think the scan needs a bit of cleaning up especially in the area that has the buttons. Keep up the good work!
