Alright. I've been working on this wallpaper for quite a while now. I had trouble finding the right images, but I managed. I just want some helpful criticisms on how to imporve this because there are very few berserk wallpapers on this site, andI would like to contribute. This is my second favourite Anime/Manga.

I think the wall is way too blurry and i can't see the text. Make it clearer and brighter.
I could make it clearer and brighter, but this anime is dark and chaotic, so I believe it would take the whole of the wallpaper away, but thanks anyways, I'll see what I can do. I will change the font, since it is hard to read. Thanks a lot for the suggestions.
Lol, ok so I made it a little too dark. I have an upgraded version of the one already shown here, with a new font, and I'm going to post another version which is brighter. Just to mention this, the whole point of the background and image is to portray the fact that Gatts is locked in between the spirit/demon world and the real world, with his arch nemesis always being present, because of his mark on his neck, which you can't see on the character.

The first one is too dark. The second too bright, plus I don't like the background. Try making an intermediate version of the wallpaper, a dark red one I mean. Just do your best, for Berserk is my favorite anime and there are too few wallpapers of it.
Hmm, I like that idea of a dark red background. The only problem is, I don't know what to do for it. I'm no good at making abstract backgrounds, so that doesn't work, but I could make a 3d abstract, although that wouldn't fit too. I'll see what I can come up with, but right now, I'm sort of working on my small site so it may take some while. I'm still open for any suggestions :D.
I think the background is still too dark. i cant see the main character and the writing very well. maybe you should add an inner glow to the person in the middle of the picture.
Well, I actually changed the background on this a day or two ago, to a fractal background. I personally prefer it this way and I really like it.
Unfortunately, I submitted it and it was rejected. I am not going to work on this anymore, for I will be working on something else, and I am happy with this result. I am currently using it anyways on my own desktop. If you want to download it from this URL, please do so, I really don't mind, this is for the public anyways. Thanks a lot for all you help.

Ha ha, thanks. I do need to work on my ability at making backgrounds. My problem is that I undertake too many projects at once. Like I wanted to do this wallpaper and finish my art website, and other stuff. So it turns out I try to finish things too quickly. Once I finish my site, I will be able to spend much more time on wallpapers, crossing my fingers that I won't have too much homework either. I will start looking for scans, and start a new project. But as far is it goes for this one, I'm done. Thanks for the tips, it is sort of too dark, but at the same time it isn't in my point of view.
