After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

There is nothing wrong with your stats. Because of the recent site outage, the JPEG (or PNG) file for your scan was lost. However, the record for the scan still exists, so what you need to do is to go to:
http://www.animepaper.net/gallery/scans/accesstime/item78762/
and then click on the 'edit' option, and upload the JPEG again.

There is no need for you to re-submit the scan again via the submit button.

As for the 'registered on' display, that has already been noted.

Wait for what? I've waited all day. And I can't seem to simply re submit it because once you hit submit it just takes you back to submit-handler.php, doesn't tell you that it was submitted or anything

I've tried that a couple of times, still doesn't seem to work.
Nope, it still shows the same page after the submission, so I don't know if they ever went through, but I don't think they have, because that would've been my fourth attempt at submitting a certain wallpaper, and the max is 3 so... The only thing different about the page is the blank purple space above the content wrapper.

My attempt to edit a submitted scan comes back to the scan's page once complete and has no issues. This means either you're doing something wrong or there is something else clientside that isn't acting as it should as I cannot replicate your issue.

Make sure you are following hamstersanonymous' instructions above. If this fails and you have cleared your cache it would be worth using an alternate browser.

All scans and wallpapers must be approved unless you are a community member or a senior member. Be patient. You will receive a rejection notification if your scan/wallpaper is not accepted. If you don't see it in the gallery DON'T resubmit it. If you upload it multiple times you run the chance of losing more papers due to it being a duplicate/etc. There is usually a large number of scans uploaded over the weekend, and only so much we can approve at one time.

I do suggest reading the guide though, it's all covered in there.

The scans I reuploaded show that they are there(even though it has the X showing). When I click on the link in the scan list in my profile

But if i go Gallery>>Scans then the catergory. It's not showing. The the other scans were uploaded 2 months ago and the scans I uploaded still say 2 weeks ago

Not as far as I know, but from the post it seems like he is also submitting it by reuploading.
