Ever went like "...Huh?" after the end of a series? Heh, happened to me so many times I can't count it. I watched Akira and went <!--emo&-_---><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sleep.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sleep.gif' /><!--endemo-->; FLCL and went o_o At least I understood Evangelion but man, some of these shows really lose me ><!--emo&:(--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->

That happened to me with most of Gainax's titles that I have (except Mahoro which was more towards "bleh").

There's also Serial Experiments Lain (total mind-rape) and Narutaru (what kind of damn ending is this??!).

The Lain ending was indeed confusing, I`ve never seen Narutaru so if someone could give me a little info <!--emo&:D--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I still don`t understand the ending of Akira, al those flashy lightballs :faint:


Evangelion was waaay easier, untill you daw End of Eva... why does Shinji try to choke Asuka (even though she deserves it)?

After watching the first disk of Lain, it made me think so much I had to go watch Ranma 1/2 to fix it. However, once I got through it, it made sense... in an odd Lain-ish sort of way.

Perfect Blue just left me saying... 'what just happened here?'

There two series that made me think, "huh?" They were FLCL, Berserk and Magical Arcade Abenobashi.

FLCL, because well it's just an insane series that contains a lot of metaphors and hidden meanings. Berserk, because the series ended with one huge cliffhanger and I was waiting for more to come out until I heard that the manga continued on from where the anime left off. Now, Magical Arcade Abenobashi isn't fully released out in the US yet, but the series is just as insane as FLCL and I'm always left wondering, "huh? what the hell?" I guess that's Gainax's trademark, to confuse the hell out of it. <!--emo&:lol:--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /><!--endemo-->

The ending of Witch Hunter Robin. Robin and Amon just disappear and aren't seen again. I was like "what the hell!?" There has to be another season in the works, or an OVA, or something. How can you learn that someone's like this "perfect witch" and then just have her killed off? Does anyone know of anything after episode 26?

For me, it was for evangelion! i did not understand the end at all...
Millenium Actress was a weird movie... mix of present in past... and what the hell does the key represent?
some other anime have some uncleared part, like in fruit basket, what is actually akito?
or maybe it's just me who did not understand... u.u

I seldom go ~HUH o_o after some weird ending for an anime, i normally go WTF <!--emo&:o--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /><!--endemo-->! , for instance Saikano, Evangelion, Wolf's Rain
Some anime has a good storyline and the creators have to screw up the endings for it.........

For me, it was Wolf's Rain. When I watched ep. 30 for the first time, my first reaction was: "But Toboe doesn't like cats! x_x ". But I watched it again and now I understand almost all the simbology in there. :happy:

Evangelion of course . . wtf @ everything turning into soup + huge naked chicks floating around?!

FLCL was confusing to me throughout the entire series, including the end . . i dont think ive ever encountered a more random anime (hmm well actually Azumanga is pretty random at times . . )

I've made "Huh?" after watching

Gunslinger Girl - And that's all? Why they can't end something more interesting.
Tsukihime - And what? I expect more. Very lame ending.
Candidate for Goddess - Too many questions left unanswered. The series cut in the middle. Did they have no money left? It's a pity, I liked female mechas a lot.
Chobits - I thought the main meaning of Chii existence would be different.
FLCL - no words at all. I don't understand anything. The animation was great, but when you don't see the meaning it's make you tired and bored.
Eva - Oh no! Just cuts of scenes. Why? Who? Who did what? No answers.
