to get papers, you should contribute to this site by posting,submitting your own wallpapers ( no stealing from other sites),commenting on wallpapers...etc

I understand no stealing, but what if I found a cool wallpaper that is not mine that I did, but gave full credit to the person...would it be okay to post it? I'm gonna go read the guide to see if it will answer my question, but I'll be glad if someone could answer it for me. V^_^V
