I've noticed that when i download a scan, i'm being charged double what it should be. I just got this, and was charged 40 papers for it. I click once on it, wait for it to load, and save the image, so there's no obvious reason (that I see) for the double charge. No F5 shenanigans, is what I'm getting at. :P

I haven't noticed if all scans do this, but whenever i take the time to look, it does. This happens with both ie7 and firefox 2.0.0.6.

It has never happened to me and it is working fine now too. I don't know about IE but Firefox should be OK. Maybe you are using some extensions or your configuration is at fault.

No fasterfox here. I have download statusbar, firebug, greasemonkey (disabled), and adblock plus in ff.

Still it's something in your setup. As you've said it happens with all scans when you've paid attention and affects both browsers tested. You're looking for something common to both.

Being that its isolated to yourself and no other users should be evidence enough that its not the server at fault.

I'll take a look at the download code, it seems there is some problem or other.
