ok what now

The scan is very blurred and could do with being vectored.
The background is very busy on the right and very plain on the left. You'll need to balance the two out.
It also needs to be wallpaper sized.
Don't forget your sig at the bottom for it to be accepted into the AP gallery.
Still needs a lot of work I feel.

Okay , well its still blurry , after you cleaned it , well what did you do to clean it ? It left it blurry.
You definitely need to vectorize the scan, its an easy one after all, itll improve A LOT if you vectorize it, also, about the bg, all those houses in the left, they create some sort of unbalance in the wallpaper and result disturbing, use some gradients to make em dissapear a lil and add something else on the other side.......
good luck.......
good luck.......
CLEANING IMAGES:
Duplicate the image. On the duplicate layer choose Filter > Noise > Median. Choose a radius of 5 pixels and press OK.
Then change the Blend mode of the Duplicate layer. You can use either Soft Light Mode or Overlay Mode (i usually use Overlay). You can also try other modes.
If you're pretty much satisfied with how the image turned out, you can skip this step. If not, and you still see little grainy areas in your image, you can still work it by choosing the Original Layer. This time with the original layer, choose Filter > Blur > Smart Blur you don't have to change any options and just hit OK.
Lastly, hold the CTRL button and click on the Original Layer. Without deselecting the image, click on the duplicate layer and choose Select > Inverse. Simply press Delete to clear all the unwanted areas the came from the median filter.
Then just Merge the layers together. I hope this helps =^.^=

ya i did that. it's the same as shintas thing. but your saying i need to do it agan. also if i move the head to the left,so that all the space is kinda filled on bolt ends. would be better. and how do i vector that hole thing. your saying to make it my sealf?
Vectorizing is to retrace and recolor the image , it will greatly improve the quality of the image . I forgot the link to a great vector site , maybe someone will post it .
