This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I tried Subway recently and I'm impressed. Their sandwiches are much better than say...McDonalds!

United States Marine Corps boot camp ^_^

Oh, god, colon clense--reminds me of that stuff I had to drink for my colonoscopy. . . can't drink lemon-lime sodas anymore because it makes me gag :(

Actually there's a good book my mom got at the library: "Why Japanese Women never get Fat or Old". According to the author, she came over to America, ate American cuisine, put on lots of weight--went back to Japanese diet, and lost weight and is maintaining it.

Ehehe.^^ I'm trying to lose weight also but I just can't get my self into dieting seriously. I mean, I lessened the intake of rice (which is our staple food here in the Philippines), but other delicious, fat-filled foods are still out there, tempting me everytime I see them. Sometimes, I am able to resist eating..sometimes NOT. It's hard really.

Well: watch what you eat and also exercise (lyk no shit Sherlock).
When you feel hungry try to satsify it by eatin some fruits or almonds...I wuld say almonds cos it's high in protein, not fattenin and good for your skin.

Not eat. Seriously though, if you dont want to excersice, just stop eating. A glass of milk takes away the hunger pain, I learnt that the hard way: unvolunteeringly.

Eat well and exercise regularly it's the only way to do it right. Also it takes time thats why most people don't last and there are so many scams out there about it.

When they say eat well it's not all low carbs high protein either it has to be balanced. Another thing is to also eat smaller meals more often it keeps you metabolic rate up.

At the end of the day don't go stupid on eating only protein and salad and running 20k a day. I put this to you if your diet was fast food everyday and you didn't exercise your going to be heavy, if you don't change your diet and exercise whats going to happen? your still going to loose weight. And it goes Vice versa aswell.

So balance is the key

JapanAnime
Wake up as late as possible on a working day so that you are forced to run through your house and maybe even have to cycle real fast to get to your work on time.
There you go, your daily excersize packed in a race against the clock. XP

Absolutely true! LOL!

I think the best way is with diet and excersise. But this doesn't work for everyone.

It is interesting, because I used to be very against the Atkins Diet. I thought, well- it can't be good to eliminate a food group or two from your diet, or loose weight so quickly. Besides, the guy who created it died!

However, three friends of mine tried it. Two of them because their doctors suggested it. None of them were obese, just looking to loose 15 - 25 pounds. I was skeptical and telling them what I thought of the whole thing, when they informed me about how the diet works.

By eliminating the carbs, your body eats all of the stored fats instead.

Yes, you do cut out all carbs and sugars. No pasta, bread, fruit and so on. Meat and green veggies only. But, you only do that until you reach your desired weight. Then you slowly add it all back into your diet. So, you end up losing the weight & keeping your diet. Simple enough- but you have to be careful. It is a good way to lose the weight quickly, but you need to keep up with proper eating and excersise or it'll come back.

They all love the diet. I don't think I'd ever try it, but it sounds interesting enough. I know some people have had trouble with it causing some health issues- of course those could have been pre-existing.. or something along those lines.
