This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I was wondering how other people cheer up when their down? I don't really have a method but when i'm down i try to play DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) but i t doesn't always work. Hanging out with friends works too sometimes.

Pop in a Marx Brothers movie or some other great comedy. Music is good, too. Some mellows, some energizes, some lifts you right up. Play an instrument. Exercise, particularly martial arts training. Anything you enjoy that requires some focus and concentration works well. Archery, carpentry, painting.

I usually watch some anime or play some ddr...or just go exercise to get my energy up. I found that I feel better when I have energy.

Just delve yourself into your common obsession and you'll feel better in no time.
Main point: Get your mind off of what's stressing you out.

I go with music and working out. But in the most extreme case of depression I ever experienced I played and beat Kingdom Heart into a bloodly pulp. I mean all the secrets, the extra bosses, all items, well maybe not all the items, but yeah I ripped into that game like a shark with a piece of meat.

Another method would have to be meditation or reading, anything kind of material will do but that which may make you depressed.

As far as the music goes, don't go with anything that makes you go aggressive.

Switch the environment :)

If I'm down because something's wrong with my job - I rest from it (hang out with friends, watch nice movie or anime, cook, have a nice hot relaxing bath or ice shower, go joggin, learn something, and sometimes I try myself in arts. Try to draw, write articles, poems, etc. :)

And If I'm down because of resting too much, I dive in my job head down :)

When I'm sad, I listen to sad music and then kinda cry out. Then I like go to sleep or something and after a while, you'll feel better.

OR

You watch some comedy to relieve your stress. That works for me.

OR

Hanging out with your friends will definitely help.

OR

You eat. Yes, when I'm sad, I do eat to cheer myself up. I don't know why but for some reason that works for me.

So try these out for yourself!

Believe it or not, I do all sorts of weird things to cure my mood...lolz, but I won't cry whatsoever...maybe a bit if wallowing at times...but I would just go and find a good book to read and I'll be as bright as the radiant sun shine the next morning.

Hm if im just feeling terribly depressed and i cry, thats suppose to help you feel better afterwards, forgot how though, but thats what it says in my health book. but anyways a friend of mine was feeling down so i was just doing my best to make her laugh and make fun of the person who hurt her, and it worked, since it took her mind off of being sad. so being around the people you care for can help cheer you up. for me though, i would listen to some music to cheer myself up, or just go outside and get some fresh air.

Listen to music is very helpfu. I also go out and do whatever I want to do such as shopping, go to eat at the expensive restaurant, etc... In our lives, there will be time that we all feel down and stress. However, just don't do anything stupid and always think positive. Do stuffs that you like.
