After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Hello everyone, this question popped out of my mind, am an internet user since ... hmm let's say since 2002, but i obtained a dedicated internet only on 2006, that's around that same time that i got into things like having a mail, and messenger, and so on, but, i've noticed, since i have internet, i no more use my computer the same way

before i used to play video games a lot, watch my anime videos and so on, but since i have internet, i noticed 3/4 of the time i spend on pc, is spent on messenger and so on, i don't even remember the last time i played a real video game on pc, 2 months was it >_<

so, how about you guys? how much time do you all spend on the net per day? for me, i'd say, 3 or 4 hours, since i work and all, on weekends, it can go up to 8 hours!

It probably depends on the person using the Internet. I only use it to browse some pages I adore and sometimes for some web design. I scarcely send any mail and few are the days when I spend several hours either researching, either browsing, either posting on AP. As for Messenger, it can go to hell as I'm almost all the time 'Invisible' and the people who want to talk to me know that.

What I usually use my PC for is playing classic games and messing around with different applications or messing it completely (seeing that I've added some 200 MB RAM more usage and now I usually have only 150 RAM free, which is slow). And the fact that it's my home MP3 player doesn't count, as Winamp is basically integrated within my Windows.

Well, i use internet for many things, browsing looking for web design and deviantArt, download anime-manga and walls on AP...
almost the same with ~Maverickslayer i use internet almost 3-4 hours a day, and weekend up to 8 hours...
but there's time i dont online at all, when assignment deathline are waiting...

internet is both plus minus for me...
plus, when i looking for ideas, inspiration, newest news, assignment material, want to talk with my friend in overseas...
minus, when too many anime-manga i download, so my mac is full...and also songs...
and decrease my sleeping time, which i already look like a panda, look more like it...

i dont play PC game, since mac's game are hard to find in my country...
and i'm not a (good) gamer...

I've been browsing for about 10 years now and have found that, with time, the sites that I frequent have actually decreased. My time spent online in total, however, has increased dramatically to the point where the Internet is basically where I spend any time where I'm not with people or at school.

I also seem to have developed the problem of trying collect as many anime and manga as I can with no time to watch them all...

Few years ago I couldn't imagine my life without TV. I was watchin it for all my free time. Then I got my comeputer and few years later internet. For today I haven't even turn on my TV for two months! Computer just replased it, so all my free time belongs to it. I also noticed that now spend more time surfing the internet (I used to play a lot of games before too, maybe I just grow up). So now I can get everything I want from the internet. Very important thing of my life... TV used to be it... but not now

Depends on what else I have to do. I'm in college right now (first year!) and only a handful of my high school friends are attending the same university, so when I have nothing else to do I can be on as long as three, four hours, usually doing schoolwork or chatting with friends.

I've also found the internet quite a good resource and quite useful. You no longer need to send a physical mail to someone far away, just a few keystrokes and a few clicks of the mouse and you can send an email. It really saves on cash.

For university, the teachers often post articles, .pdf documents, assignments on the internet using an online software. Stuff like posting announcements, posting assignments all can be done electronically, no need to drive out to your university to hand in a paper. You don't need CD's to hand in your assignments, it's all done through the internet.

For individual users and recreational use the internet is also a plus, lots of can be now found online and often for free. Things like YouTube are a good resource because it's free and it's changing the way we communicate. For companies, the Internet can be a plus or a negative. People like Russell Peters became famous because of his videos on YouTube, but it's a double edged sword for him because even though it's made him famous, at the same time some people aren't buying his DVD's because they may be available for free elsewhere.

I'm hoping to learn more about this topic, how the internet is changing the way we communicate and the pluses and negatives, but for now that's pretty much what I have to say. To me, it's a great asset because the internet has offered us so much.

I rarely spend any time on the computer. I wish I could spend more time at the computer, to be honest. I work 25 hours a week and go to school full time (16 credits out of a possible 18), and then whatever time is left over that I'm not in class and not at work is spent doing homework or studying or spending time with my boyfriend.

Before school started I spent a lot more time at the computer. I played World of Warcraft every night to "raid" or I'd play Day of Defeat. For a while I tried Warhammer, but since Warhammer open beta came out after school began I didn't have much time.

I'd say, per day during the week, I spend 3-4 hours on the internet. During the weekend, depending on whether or not I close at the store or open, I can spend 3-4 hours or 8 per day at the computer. However, most of the time it's doing homework.

You know the worst part? I have Windows Vista I'd like to install and test out but I have zero time to backup all my files so that I can reformat and install Vista. I'm that busy!

I'm confused on what you said with the 200 MB RAM. Are you using Windows 98 or something?

I think you mean the space on your hard drive. RAM are sticks of memory you "plug in" to your motherboard. :o At the moment you can't even hold 200 gigs of RAM. I think the biggest increments that the sticks come in now are 2 GB each stick. At least that's the biggest I saw when I looked at mushkin.com. They come in 256MB, 512 MB, 1 GB or 2 GB.

I have 2 gigs of RAM and my hard drive is 150 GB.

I'll answer in Longbow's place because I'm godlike and know everything.

So: I've added 200 MB RAM more [...]
It means that I had 650 MB RAM used and, after installing some crap, I usually have 850 MB RAM used, which is 200 MB RAM more, leaving only 150 MB free, which is not enough. I'm upgrading my PC with another 1 GB RAM chip sometime this week.

Awesomeness ending for angermenting: I have 1 GB RAM and 20 + 160 + 320 GB HDDs.
