I watched all 12 episodes of Yumeria, and it was better than I expected. While the story might not have been the best, it was still fun in it's own right. What kept this series afloat was that it had a decent cast of characters. Tomokazu is the male lead character who has a dream about a cute blue haired girl battling monsters in a parallel dimension. When he wakes up, he finds the girl laying next to him in his bed. The girls name is Mone who immediately develops an attachment to Tomokazu. What follows is a wacky set of events that effect both the dream and waking worlds. I liked Tomokazu because even though he was a bit of skirt chaser, he was always willing to help those who are in trouble. Mone was totally adorable with her sweet innocent nature, and the way she bonded with Tomokazu during the series. The other female characters were also likable, and had there own interests in Tomokazu. The only character I really disliked was Tomokazu's teacher Ishikari who I thought was a total asshole. To sum it up if you take this show for what it is, and don't take it seriously, you might enjoy it.

Story for this anime is quite plain. but i like the fanservice XD~

but there were sad moments as well... especially those episodes near the end. it's a good thing that it ended well with the existence of both... sorry, it's a spoiler... better discover that yourselves ;)

as far as the teacher is concerned, the anime will not be better without him. he's one of the comedic elements... i actually enjoyed a good laugh session while watching mone's loli episode =)

Lame story and just your typical harem type anime. Still like it though.

Well I cant say it was "great" nor can I say it was "bad." It was ok, nothing special or something to go crazy for. The story was quite straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary or revolutionary, but clean and concise. Animation was colourful and smooth, nothing to complain about there. Fan service is always fine with me every so often ^_^. Gotta give the anime a 6.5/10 just because its nothing too "eye catching."

As much as I enjoyed this anime I must admit that It really wasn't that great of an anime. It was alot of fan service with a moderate story line. The music wasn't anything special and the characters were fairly generic. If you haven't seen it you might want to pass this one by. If you have I think you'll agree that this one wasn't a top 10 anime

From the one episode I saw on a Newtype preview disc, I rather like it. Because of the other series I'm in right now, I'm just waiting for ADV to release a thinpak for it.

I read somewhere that the Yumeria anime series was based on a dating sims game of the same title for the PS2 in Japan. This game was never released stateside, but I heard that the game wasn't as good as the anime. I also looked up the game on a fan site, and the game seems to have all of the characters and locations that were present in the anime. Whether or not you liked the anime, you can at least give the producers an A for accuracy.

Yumeria is pretty good, the story and everything, the only thing i don't like is it's length. i was really sad when it was all over, but that didn't stop me from watching it over and over and over again and again (about 5-6 times :D)
The action was cool, and i especially loved the 2 last episodes of the show, it was like seeing one of my own dreams
