I vectored this from a scan i found on some other web site(it's from a game it seems).I worked for like 2 weeks to finish vectoring her,so i'll work hard to make it a wall...it was supposed to be my Vectorness Monthly Challenge(fantasy) entry,but i didn't make it in time...so here it is:

It looks good, but it feels a little low-detail, and the lines are a bit too large IMO... It feels like something else is missing, but I can't put my finger on it...
With a few improvements though, it should help make a great wallpaper. Good luck!

Yes,i know the lines are too big and all,but that's the way the original scan was...i followed it's every detail to preserve the feeling.

Ahh, I see. That's cool then. I was just nitpicking, since I have a habit of detailing the living crap out of my vectors :P
I suggest you should not put this without bg or anything, someone might steal it.. ;)
its nice, maybe, i suggest for the bg, for ex. he is in the garden cause he was holding a flower..or he is in the road and in the sky, there is the scan of her love one, with lowered opacity..

I don't think a scenic BG whould do the job...it kinda reminds me of those medieval fairy tale books,don't you think?I tried making a BG like that..but my lack of skill stands in my way...i can't draw..i realy can't..i've been looking for tutorials on this and found none...maybe someone knows?
The big problem on your vector is the lineart it very needs to be more shape

Woah. that scan is awesome. The vector looks really nice too...the background's gonna be vectored right? er lol yeah it's not gonna fit the vector. You could try a cliff thing, staring out to sea kinda thing. I'm feeling empty space...
