Hi minna!!i wanna put this wall in Animepaper, but i don't know how anime is it!>_< and if it is good enough for the animepaper's gallery!! i wanna put my first wall here!!!T__T

I like the overall paint style (or at least it seems like that to me :p)
1. i would take out the umbrella, i believe it leaves too many questions about collision to deal with =/
2. i think the clouds should be redone, somehow try to make them more sketchy... too much detail in them right now
3. her sleeve needs an outline, i believe the transfer between robe and sky is too sudden~
4. lilypads need to be done in the same style as the rest~ i think they are too transparent/'clean'

Well, the bamboos (or are they coconut trees ?0_0) look kind of wried putting there. We know they don't grow beside the sea...and some of them are even falling into the water ...
The quality of entire wall is a little bit low or it may be the watercolor paint style you want.
I really like the way you make the text, the pink gradient looks pretty.
It's always good to show the original scan or tell what you have done to it so we can make further suggestions

I have to say, the scan extraction and cleanup is pretty good here. The sky to water transition seems practically perfect, but I can see you've used a wave filter on something that stands out too much. Similarly, the lens flare was probably a mistake, unless you're going to recolour it to white and set blend mode to screen, then mask out the further-outlying specular effects (the ones seen level with the horizon). I don't think you need those lilypads, but what you can do is try and hint in some sort of floor from which the foliage can sprout. Use some sort of gradual desaturation on the portions of the plants that are underwater.
Your birds seem a bit transparent where they should be opaque; I think you can afford to brighten the text as well so it stands out more. Those flower motifs could be solid bright white and it might look nice against the cloud-scattered sky.

Wow i like this wallpaper very much , but it think you should do something like outline the chara because the chara outline is rather blurry-_-

No, but you could try searching in deviant art. They usually have any sort of brush you're looking for.
The reflection of the water on her dress is a nice effect, but it'd only be there if there was a really bright sun...as such, it looks like her dres is under water too...which then, sorta makes it confusing. you know? lol I know this may not be that clear...XD
lol yeah the lily pads...and gradient effect thing in the text is also REALLY distracting...takes alot away from the background of the wall. A smoother gradient, or even just a glow around solid text might work better, imo.

First of all, I find that the bamboo in the background very irritating, the clouds should be redone, ( They don't blend in well ) But the sky has a nice effect, but the font, I couldn't really read it, maybe you should use a darker font. Overall, it needs some of improving ( the font, clouds, bamboo and the lily pads )

I think the text is just fine :) if not one of the better ones ive seen~ though i dont think it would be too bad if you flipped the 'e' around to its normal orientation :p
