I need your opinion on how this looks, would it be a good wall. It took me a good while to make this wall so be generous yet honest.

Hmm looks good. The background actually works with the style of the scan, like the art style. Usually people would just stick it onto and abstract background that is just totally out of place, but this is good.

The only think i can say is maybe try make the cloud/dust stuff like a little more detailed. And also the text 'bleach, it controls us all' looks a bit plain. But overall very cool :D

Nice wallpaper. I'm not too sure of what those grey blobs are, if they're clouds, I suggest you clean them up a bit, make them look more like clouds. Your sig is too big =P Making it a little smaller will do the job ^__________^
I'm not too sure if you realised yourself, but the character behind Rukia (forgotten his name, but hes a Captain) Hes floating in the sky O.O Fix that by, either bringing the scan lower or adding some sort of solid, like brick, a road basically =] Or maybe some grass.

But overall its a nice wallpaper. The layout isn't bad. I agree with rlee the text 'Bleach it controls us all' is a little plain, adding some filters or some effects will change that.

Just so you know...your sig is in the wrong place. It should be at the bottom of the wallpaper where it could hidden by the taskbar when used as a screen saver. ^_^ If you don't change that, the wallpaper would never be accepted!
