I prefer the second of the two though it seems to have been washed out a little too much with aggressive colour adjustment.

Its up to you if you remove the spots (use the clone brush or paintbrush though rather than the smudge tool) ... I myself don't mind their presence. The image still seems awfully bright though.
I would say to make the picture of Alice and Nyozeka less...vivid or bright. Try to make it like a softer color to blend with the background more. Personally, the dots all over their bodies are annoying so you should try to get rid of them.
For the image...try to either make it less vivid or re-extract the image from a different source. I would say to use an image like this one. BUT! I would use this one because there have been compression problems which made parts of it look grainy...otherwise I would say that the colors look fine with a few effects applied to it. ^_^ I hoped I helped!

I think you should stick with something thats not as bright, something that goes with the soft background... Or maybe stick with the first one you listed. You shouldnt have something that bright because it completly take your attention away from the entire wall. Sometimes thats good but I think in this case you should be able to notice the background. (cuz its cute!!) I also think you should get rid of the dots too...

I like the second one over the first one. The dots aren't a problem, but the image overall seems too bright. Other than those things, it's a nice wallpaper.
I like the second one better just because the vivid colors attract me. I really like that hot pink!

Out of the two new versions you just posted i would say the first one. (i'm personally a fan of the sparkles/dots but majority won on not having them). i think you got the coloring/brightness just right, well on the first one, the second still seems abit bright. the composition is really neat, it all goes together nicely. maybe make your sig just alittle bit smaller, it competing too much with the other text.

~ and hey~ please~ does anyone knows a good pixelated font? i-i'' ... it was that cuz none of my pixelate fonts fits on it... theyre just so *ive forget to word*... theyre just not much visible in this wall... and i really wanna to make the credits smaller~

as for the wall, i like it as it is though it feels like it needs more dark colors like navy blue. but don't mind me. i just scream for colors a lot.
