Yeah cool vectors...wondering why the text is "bleach Vector" though...I'm sure you can come up with something ALOT cooler than that....=P
Yes i think i might cahgne the text and i use normal size just photopucket resized it

Plz use the url function! copy the url address from the info for your posted image in photobucket and click on the url button here at AP and paste it, and create a link. it shouldn't cause any resizing issues and it's way easier to look at then having to scroll all around. hotlinking makes it difficult to critique what you have. if all fails, consider imageshack. and currently, the butterfly does not fit =/ anyway. come back with a proper link please! ^^
I think your wall looks really cool! ^_^ But a few things could make it even better! For example...a sig! You definitely shouldn't forget to put your sig on your wall or else it will be an automatic rejection!
I'm a little confused about a few things though...at the top of your wall...are you aware that there's a white section that goes all the way across horizontally (except for the bit of brush work)? I would either get rid of it...or make it the same on the bottom half...because right now...it looks quite out of place...
I also don't like the three blurry block things in the upper left hand corner and lower left hand corner...you could leave them in (so the wall looks a bit more balanced) but if you do...I would just leave as blocks and not so blurry...and also move them in towards the center of the wall a bit...because they are right up against the side of the wall right now and don't look all that great...
As for Ichigo and Chad...there seems to be a clash of two different styles right there...a part of the upper half is extracted while the lower (and the jackets) is vectored...I suggest vectoring the whole image instead of just a part of it...and also move the scan/vector over to the right one pixel...if you look closely...you could see that it doesn't quite hit the side of the wall...^_^
Also...the DDR arrows (that are really small)...I would get rid of them too...I just don't think that they really fit for some reason...and same goes for the bit of small text that is purple...I mean...you could leave it but I would put it somewhere else...right now it looks as if you just needed to put it somewhere because you have the yellow one cleverly placed already...
Now about the text...I'm sure you could find a better font to use than that...I believe in you! ^_^
And one more small detail thing...between the text and the nearest yellow oval bubble thing...I see two small purple dots...are they supposed to be there? Or was it something left over from a brush? Whatever those mysterious dots are...please erase them...I'm sure you don't want them there either...
I hope I hleped a bit...and sorry about all the small detail things...I have a bad habit for doing things like that...and once you finish vectoring...I'll come back and help you with the vector as well! Anyways...good luck on your wall! It really is coming out great! ^_~

Thank you for redoing the link ^^ now that butterfly is still kind of weird to me. and as to the triple block thing going on in the corners to the left...maybe do that do the right as well? I dunno. anyway, all the vector-ish brushing is concentrated in a vertical column--composition wise, not overly flattering. try to go for a more diagonal look, bottom left to top right, because ichigo and chad are already there on the right side...and currently the left side of the wall is rather blank, icon friendly but blank and thus no balance. and find a more exciting font for the text! a party does deserve some more fun than that font ^^ and as to the scans, I think ichigo's left foot looks rather odd in places. =/
@fayt19: find yourself a nice scan, find some nice "vector brushes" (go search them up on deviantART.com with vector brush as the key words) and get an idea of a composition, and voila.

Ooo lookin good dude! Not really understanding the tech text you have on some of the circles...those really aren' necessary. Umm yeah what asa said about the butterfly...also, you have random 3D brushing up top...seems REALLY out of place...Love the way you vectored ichi and chad though..especially thair shoes. Awesom work!

o0 tht is why it got rejected i didnt know tht i just lost 100 papers for tht :( and thanks for your comment it will help me to make a better on net time

Heh i liked it...until someone pointed out the problems...
Not bad, but it gets a bit confused with the multiple motifs you've used. The concentric flat rings and circles work well, but then you've thrown in a few bubbles and some random arrows, plus the striped smiley on the left and those horizontal bars. I'd say stick with just the circles and maybe try some more radial arrangements instead of parallel arrows. The green-grey also looks quite desaturated, try playing with other hues that complement the deep purple.
Resolution needs to be wayyyy higher, there is a big void at the left, fill the bg up with sumthing, text is okay maybe add an outline? other than that its pretty good. Just work with higher resolutions pls.
