I speak spanish, dutch and english, im learning french at the moment and thinking about learning japanese ^_^ i also want to try learning german because its dutch-a-like :D in christmas i got "sinterklaas" instead of santa claus (dutch culture :D)

I also learn french and abit of japanese...tho i quit japanese i want to continue it later on in my life ^^ i always want to try latin, spanish and italian. they all sound so interesting ^^ i really like different cultures and languages hehehe =D
I speak German, English, a little bit Thai, since I'm half Thai. I learned some Japanese too. I studied it in a kind of evening school. Lessons were once in a week, but I quit after a year 'cause IMO studying once in a week is not enough. It's like, you come once a week, learn for 1.30 hours and spend the rest of the week with your own life. If you don't study languages at least 6 hours per day... u'll lose your motivation very fast, and that's why I let it be and rather learn it, when I'm in the country with the right school
I speak portuguese (from Brazil)... Basically I celebrate the same holidays people from US celebrate, plus Carnaval (Wich I hate but well, it's an week with no school so I'm ok with that... But the music and all that parades sucks =P) and other national stuff.
Big part of my family are from Japan, but me and my parents don't usually celebrate japanese holidays.

I'm fomr Canada so I know english and french to some extent. I also know how to speak a minor bit of Japanese. As for hte holidays that I celebrate, I just take part in the ones that happen in Canada.
I'm Chinese-Canadian! I was born in Xi'an, China and moved to Canada when I was 8. My dad's cantonese and my mom's mandarin.
My first language was Hmong then I learned English. I am really bad at speaking Hmong now even though it's my first language. I just dont find any reason to speak it being all my friends can speak English. The only thing I hate about that is that the old people like to make fun of you because you dunno how to talk it anymore. -_-; But oh lucky me I still know what they're saying to me.
As for holidays I celebrate the big American holidays. Such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. Other ones like Easter and Holloween's are maybes. I also celebrate the New Year. Both Hmong and American.

My first language was Canadian-English (eh?) and Korean, the next was japanese and now Im learning french. English is the best out of all of them though. the rest needs better accent and a more diverse vocabulary. for holidays...I celebrate most of all the Korean and Canadian Holidays.

French and English (British English, not American)
I speak Polish, and I'm currently learning English, German and Japanese. I'm very good at English, I get only B and A marks, and I never revise anything for tests. :) I'm decent at German, but I used to be quite good also. Unfortunatelly, 2 years ago, other teacher has come, and she's so bad at teaching. :( When I ask her about a word's meaning, she doesn't want to tell me, and tells me to look it up in a dictionary... ^_^; Geez, that teacher is a weirdo, the previous one was a hundred times better. About Japanese... I started learning it 2 months ago, so I'm a beginner, although I know whole hiragana and katakana. :) And I can ask about name, age, nationality and answer such questions. :D
