They are coming out with a sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins called Condemned 2: Bloodshot. Did anyone here like the first one and what do you think about how the sequels gonna be?

I liked the first one, but I didn't think it was that scary. For me the only scary bit was the part with the gym teacher whose body you find in a locker.

I would, if it was being released for the PC.

I found it to be rather humorous that a developer like Monolith has begun leaning more towards the consoles rather than it's roots, the PC. Of course, I suppose that the first Condemned sold better on the 360 than PC, I personally found that it play far better on the PC.

Onto the topic itself, I loved what little I played of the first one and after seeing trailers of Bloodshot, I couldn't be more excited. That game alone is making me strongly consider going next gen. The first one, from what I played, seemed to have more of jumpy moments rather than actually being scary. It did give some thrills, but it seemed to more of focus getting into ones skin, unlike it's counterpart released at a similar time, F.E.A.R.

I have the first one and wowzors. The game just sucks you in and makes for some great tense moments. Only problem I have with it is once you played it through, I doesn't have much replay value. Good thing they added a multiplayer to condemned 2.

Condemned 2 is an okay game. What I loved about this game was the insane amount of detail it has. Playing this game in the dark was more scarier than playing Silent Hill the same way.
