Here is my wallpaper. Be nice! >.< Seriously. It's a bit plain. But I this was my first one, and I was testing things out, trying no to make it too stupid. I tried!
Love the pic but a little to bright.
It's missing some effort ^^; please read the wallpaper section of FAQ, as it does contain some useful information and it talks about simple walls and what is expected of them. from what i see, there is a white background, a scan, and a filter that acts as the mist. AP is a site known to have pretty high standards, so you'll have to demonstrate a lot more creativity and effort.
the mist covers up the scan too uniformly and is kind of unexplained (mainly because you don't really have a background). effects must look cool and add to the wall! it also takes away from the vibrance of what little colors there are in the scan and makes it difficult to judge the quality of the scan you are using. if you want to keep it, i suggest some adjustments (such as smudging and color).
now normally, you don't want to use a scan that has so many people in it. makes the wall crowded and seriously limits the amount of space you have to work with. and the background is where a waller is supposed to shine. speaking of which, you don't really have a bg, just some white space. walling is about creating something original, so...again, showing effort by making something yourself is really important.
sorry that i don't have too many bright ideas as to how to fix up what you have right now. if i were you, i'd try with a scan with less people in it and attempt to create a background that fits the scan. but this is just my point of view and everything's up to you. keep trying and don't give up. =]

I agree with the above. it lacks any real point although i assume the cleaning from the orginal bnackground must have taken some effort, so its not totally wasted.
An improvement would be to pick one or two characters and separate them out and create a new (relevant to the mist?) background for them, which would not only allow more detail in the background for you to experiment with, but also create a less crowded and more individual wall.
hope this gives you someideas!
