I guess it's not too blurry cause Outer glow can perfect cover it.
Maybe don't really need so many lines in the bg, at least not the horizontal ones, just my opinion.
Looks pretty in total, lighting and the pink are well controlled.^ ^

It's not too blurry, i agree on the outer glow, and about the lines, I think you don't need the horizontal ones too

I'm just looking and pretending to be cute...
I think the moons are a bit blurry. I personally don't really like the lines on the wallpaper. Are they suppose to be something like shooting stars? Or lights, perhaps?
