I've come across plenty >_> and it's not only in the mangas..it's also in the anime too.
Inuyasha: Kagome - she sounds like a mother hen..and a really weak and wimpy one at that.
Inuyasha: Inuyasha - too much bravado. big mouth..and all his success is just feeding his big ego =/. It probably plays a major part in the whole drama and action category though. Other than that, he's a pretty interesting character.
DNAngel: Risa - girly, self-centered, weak, whiny...
Gundam Seed: Flay - though I can understand her purpose and what she represents in the whole story, she's really a disgusting character that you can't help but despise -_-;
Gundam Seed Destiny: Shinn the Idiot. At first I thought he'd pick up on some revelation at the end..but no, he was still the Idiot in the final battle. Crybaby >_>
Fushigi Yugi & Ceries: the main couples in both stories. Is it just me, or does everyone always end up going to bed together? ...

Technically I don't really quite hate the characters but the attitudes that they portray :D but the show wouldn't be good if there are no character developments right :D I hate utterly closed type ones who don't listen to the other characters in the story they're in. it seems they may be in the right but they're also in the wrong since it's like they're being just a crybaby or something :D even at the end of seed destiny, Shin somehow didn't change (oops :D guess i hate him :D). unlike kira in the first part i hated him and athlun but in the end they ended up being one of my favorites :D they may be blocked headed but they also did change :D
I don't really hate that many characters. I save my hate for real people. Well, actually, I don't hate realy people either ^^;;;

I hate Sasuke from Naruto. He always is a show off to me.
I hate misa from death note coz she is just too stupid... although she is drawn quite well ^^

-First off is that DEVIL Yukino (Yakitate Japan!) Yes, I'm talking about Tsukino sister. Damn... her evil way pissed me off!
-Second, goes to Harada Risa (DN Angel). The most annoying twin on earth. Damn... I HATE HER!!! Doesn't she had anything better to do?
-Third, Uchiha Sasuke (Naruto). Yes, I hate him. He always thinks he's special, superior, bla,bla,bla... but in the end he's actually weak that he has to throw away his pride and went to Orochimaru. Pathetic. Oh yeah, one more thing... I think that fan forgetting the series name is NARUTO. Not SASUKE, dumb a**!
-Fourth, Shinn Asuka (GS Destiny). I know he become like that (ie PSYCO) coz his family died in front of his eyes. But... he went too far. Blaming everyone and act as if he's the only one suffering and he's the only one whom lost a family. Gosh..
-Fifth, Kouga/Kagome (Inuyasha). Doesn't he get it already?? Kagome LOVES Inuyasha. But he presistently coming after Kagome, flirts with her (But then again, Kagome is stupid too... for letting him do whatever he wants) and poor Inuyasha got "OSUWARI" even though he was trying to protect her from that wimpy-wolf... *sigh*

I hate that kind of character who always with a smile face, for example, Ichimaru Gin from Bleach, I really want to see he kneel down and cry and beg for his life, he is just too insidious

Okoy, I hate EVERYONE from Rurouni Kenishin because they're all so melodramatic and cheesy, naming their sword moves all the time, all the villians are really just stupid and as scary as crap and not evil enough and all the girls, even the fighting ones never fight and just have to always be saved from some cheesy villian.
I hate the whole Kagome-Kikyo thing-it's just dumb
I HATE Kyo's father from Fruits Basket because he's a sadistical, controling freak
I dislike Tohru Honda from Fruba and all other anime girls whose only hobbies are cooking and cleaning
I try to hate the villians from Immortal Rain, but they're so brilliantly insane they go beyond evil, you have to like them :D

For me, I hate Shippou... I hate him from his stupid voice to his stupid pretend innocence... Everytime I see him in Inuyasha I wanna strangle his neck and hang him on a tree and watch as he cries for Kagome to save him.
