I LOVE the art in Naruto! And the story is brilliant!!
I hate one piece.. It's not worth being a manga XD It's so awful art T_T

i had to disagree with your judgement about One Piece's art work. I think is really creative and styish. Is one of my favorite manga. I prefer One Piece over Naruto because One Piece's story is more exciting than Naruto. Although, Naruto does had a great storyline like in the first 20 mangas than its story start to lose it meanings. The story is getting off topic a lot. instead of ninjai, it talks about Spirits. Also in Part 2 of Naruto, Naruto keep finish enemies with the same moves over and over again...boring!

Hmmm its a pretty hard choice for me since I love both series' ...
Im gonna have to say one piece because I find it 10 times more original than Naruto.
I love the characters from One Piece, and all the stretchy fighting its great. Ninjas have been done way more than pirates, but I still love Naruto. They both own!

From what I've read so far One Piece so much better than Naruto its ridiculous, with the exception of fights. (Naurto still rocks in that department) But I haven't seen a shonen series yet that can beat the fight set ups in One Piece. But one of the great aspects of One Piece is the character interaction among the Strawhat crew. They always manage to make me laugh, and keep me anticipating what will happen next. And right now in the manga I haven't been so anxioius to see a fight like the one coming up in a long while. Right now I considered above Naruto, and a lot of other manga as well. But that's just my humble opinion on it.

*Definitely* One Piece. Sure, Naruto has it's strengths, but I love what OP has to offer! Initially, I was a bit turned off by the art, since it wasn't the "conventional" anime drawing style I was used to. Now however...it's one of my top 10 series! It's always fun to see what islands/peoples they're going to meet up with, and all the characters have some pretty interesting (and sometimes depressing) pasts. The further along this series goes, the better and more in-depth the story arcs become. I'm real anxious to see how the current arc is going to turn out!

I prefer naruto. it takes too long to finish a fight in one piece and they never acually kill anybody. in naruto the'res a lot more blood and it gets more serious as the series goes on, not wakier like one piece.

I would pick Naruto, because Naruto has a great sense of humor, very action-packed. I haven't really watched One Piece yet, but just seen a part of an episode. The art of Naruto is very cool and amazing.

One Piece gets kind of annoying. Naruto does that too, but it makes up for it with the occasional bad-ass scene.

I've watched both and i lasted about... 2 episodes... and the intro to the next episode of one piece... i guess it was a lil too kiddie for me =T

but i really like naruto its slowed down a bit but its still a really kool anime i dont think i can compare this anime with any other previous ones so i call it an original creation =]

Hands down it goes to Naruto, I can sit down and read Naruto and be very entertained by what is being put in that book.

The One Piece art... I know I really disliked it when I first started but it grew on me fairly quickly while I was laughing my ass off at how funny the characters are. I don't remember why I disliked it so much before. I prefer the art in Naruto but Naruto's art has been done before and One Piece's is definitely more unique.

You're right about the killing part. Only a few (excluding Baroque's Work's fledglings) in the manga really die.

As for their being more blood in Naruto, I don't think it really matters. I'd like to add I've read up to the latest chapters of both and watched all the fansubs (excluding the current Naruto filler) and I see more blood in One Piece >_>

Naruto being "serious" makes me laugh, though. Currently, Sasuke couldn't get it through his head he finally had friends/family and Naruto can't get it through his head Sasuke backstabbed him and the entire village. I guess the only reason you can say it's getting more serious is thanks to the whole Akatsuki chasing the Jinchuuriki thing. The final arc is probably in motion. The Straw Hat crew being betrayed by *beep* in the Water 7 arc is lots more entertaining than Naruto/Sasuke anyway.

You talking about the American OP? I don't usually like JPN/anime music but the JPN OPs aren't too bad.

BTW, calling Naruto an original creation really cracked me up. It's pretty much your typical shounen fighting series done really well which is why it sells.

Sidenote: I still love ninjas (especially over pirates) but not in this case.

One Piece or Naruto..

I think both mangas are GREAT. (can't agree on animes tho)
Both storylines are amazing and very unique I think
and the all characters for both mangas are good as well.
but if I have to choose one I would go for One Piece..
becoz One Piece's great adventure is like a awesome fantasy that you once dreamed of when you were little kid.
and I think it takes even more imagination for author to create something like this.
I DO NOT think that One Piece's art style is not good.
Its art style is out of ordinary Japanese manga drawing.
Naruto is catchy becoz all those Ninjutsu and etc.
But you can't really say someone's art style is weird just cause he is not following the conventional style.

One Piece. Naruto isn't bad but it gets a little old after a while imo.

Wow...what a difficult choises....naruto and one piece are good anime...Both of them included to my favorite anime...Uhhh...So difficult to choose which one is better because both of them have long sotries and there are not the ending yet >.<

I think I like both of them....

One Piece : Hmmm...the story idea is unusual so I like it...Not every pirate animes can be so good like this anime.....Wow...Eventhough the arts looks simple and the girl's body aren't ideal...I like the arts..... There are also lots of humour at this anime so I like it....Well...So it can make us feel relax when we watched it...The battles events also cool to eventhough sometimes I found some violence and sometimes the battle become so long and little complicated...But, I still like it...The battles always make me want to watch the continue soon...My favorite character is luffy ( sounds silly I think, but I like him because he is very care with his friends and always want to help them if they meet any problems )

Naruto : Wow..I think this anime is the best ninja anime ever!! And, similar with one piece..The story is too long and the problems become more complicated..... but, if I give the opinion from the art side..I prefer Naruto more than One Piece...Because I think Naruto's arts are more detail than One Piece's arts...O...yeaa...My favorite character at naruto are Kakashi and Garra ^^;

Wow....I cannot be patient to see the ending of these anime *_*
