Recent manga or old that you want to see animated
Why does everyone want Death Note to be animated? There is absolutely no way that the can do Obata's art justice, and I think people who have not read the manga would have trouble keeping up with all of the dialogue. It's really a manga that should stay manga.
As for what I want to see animated? Definetly Princess Ai. There are only 3 manga volumes, but it could be one of those short and sweet (very sweet) animes, like FLCL.

I would kill to see a (good) anime of these mangas:
1- Zombie Powder
2- Love Mode
3- My love prize in viewfinder
4- Petshop of Horrors (with a good storyline, not like the mini series where Leon doesn't even appear)
5- Addicted to curry
6- Genjuu no Seiza
7- Shin Angyo Onshi (Shin Amen Osa)
8- Yamado Taro
9- Yokohama kaidashi kikou (I know there are two Ovas, but a series is different)
10- And finally Xxxholic. I'm really looking forward for a good TV series (personally I don't like Tsubasa's animation at all.). For what I saw in the movie they are doing a nice job.

Let's see. There are some very good series that should be animated and if done, should do the series justice enough. Here:
1. Fruits Basket - even though it IS animated, it's only shown part of the manga series. I seriously want to see the rest of the series animated.
2. Full Metal Alchemist - same reason as above. Just no fillers, for God's sake. Stick with the storyline!
3. xxxHolic - it's a good series. Animation would make it very interesting. ^_^
4. Kare Kano (His & Her Circumstances) - has been animated, but not continued. I want to see more of the series animated - it would be super amusing. *laugh*

Hmm... instead of being "animated", I would like to see 20th Century Boys in the movie screen. Must be interesting.
Hmmm... I'd personally like A.I Love you animated, and then, D.Gray-man, IOs, Parallel, and definitely Lagoon Engine (Though I doubt Sugisaki-sensei would ever finish it)

Call me oldhat, but I'd like to see the last chapters of Ranma 1/2 animated as a movie. Give the series a proper animated ending, with the wedding and all.

The manga I want to see animated is Angel Sanctuary. Although we already have a three episode OVA this is too short. I want a full length anime which covers the whole manga series.
I wanna see GANTZ animated... properly! The anime was just such an insult to the manga.

I wish Qwan by Aki Shimizu would get animated, but then I don't even know if the original Japanese manga is finished yet... all I know is that Tokyopop has released 3 volumes and doesn't seem ready to release any more any time soon, the fiends!
Hey ecristy85 they have a xxholic movie in japan and i think that they may be translating it soon i think..... well i would like to see the wallflower animated cuz the books are rips your sides funny
I know probably not too many people have even heard of this manga, but I'd choose Shaolin Sisters. It's really written and illustrated in a way that begs to be animated. ^_^ and it would be so amazing if it was! I just know it.
