Hmmm. Simpler blues and greys seem to work well on the banners, as they fit in with the default white-grey-blue colour scheme.
I was trying to go for the faded look.. but, I'll brighten them up and see. I'm going to make some more later. Does anyone know how long submissions will be open?

It's called "V4 Official" and it's by xenohawk
You may need to refresh your cache (hit ctrl+F5) for things to work into place after you apply it.

Erm...Umboody, if the character face is on the right side, the user bar will block it. That makes the face blocked.
