Del rey and Tokyo pop...but I like Del Rey more....Brocily which you have not added is very nice to! ( Galaxy Angel)
I'd have to say it's a tie between Tokyopop and Del Rey. Tokyopop from sheer volume, and Del Rey because of how well they translate series, add "subtitles" to the sound effects, extras in the back of the book, and license a lot of good manga. (Guru Guru Pon-chan = love.)
. . . now that I think about it, Del Rey is a lot more awesome than Tokyopop.
I generally just like all manga companies, though. I pay more attention to what's inside the book than to which little logo is on the side.

Del Rey is a good company however they do not have that many mangas. DMP is a good one too...but sometimes it is too expensive to buy.

I actually think Del Rey does the best work, but most of my manga are from Tokyopop lol. ^_^

I like the fact that ADV keeps consistency with the original format & color pages & translating the SFX but yes, they are don't keep up with their releases or their "planned release schedules" at times which is rather irritating but overall I like the authenticity they bring
Tokyopop isn't too bad though there are some editting errors here and there.
Viz, seems overall ok except sometimes their translations aren't top notch ^^;
Can't say if I have a favorite company but generally most I'm ok with.

I actually loathe most of the companies, each for different reasons.
TP because of their terrible grammar and spelling mistakes, and they also babied down a couple of manga series (*coughcoughdnangelcoughcough*)
VIZ because they NEVER tell you when the next manga is being released. They have crappy grammar and spelling, and their site is never updated
ADV- It takes them forever to release new volumes. That and sometimes it seems like volumes just seem to "freeze"
Broccoli- I really like their binding, but they don't have very many titles.

I like Del Rey (because it publishes Negima) and Tokyopops (because it publishes my fav shojo manga eg Fruits Basket.)

Del Ray is by far the best English company out there. At least they bother to explain cultural references, etc. in manga rather than changing/ignoring them like others do. So props to them.
My favorite Japanese publishers are Shuueisha (Margaret series) and Biblios, but you have to get their releases translated. xP

I like Del-Ray the most becuase they ted to get to be bigger volume, shich is the thing that I hate about Tokyopop. $10 for an hour's worth of reading is too pricey for me. Del ray seems to give more for my buck.
I also like Dark Horse. Many are partial color, som are even full color. They are expensive as hell, but they give what you pay for. Like the entire series. (Ghost in the Shell)

I've never heard of Del Rey before ^^; Most of mines are from Tokyopop since they translated Fruits Basket, and I noticed sometimes they put the translation of sound effects right by the acual effect, and sometimes they don't. Tokyopop's covers are kinda flimsy compared to VIZ's, but the way VIZ translates sound effects is kinda tacky. It doesn't look as cool as before.
So far I only brought tokyo pop mangas
