Well, you didn't do anything wrong its just that the wallpaper is too simple. It looks like a scan with a simple filter on it and the text just smacked on there. Try to make it more creative you know like vector art in the background or something. The text too its just Comic Sans enlarged, ill say this about the millionth time, spice things up!

The quality is lacking

The bg is too simple and perhaps you can straigthen the image because when you twirl it, its kinda blur ^^ And also I dont really like the font ^^ :D

At animepaper you have to work really hard to get things accepted! People work on a wall for hours a day for a couple weeks :P
This wall is a just a scan with a basic filter...is just a 10 minutes work

Forgive me if I have repeated anything that the other comments said, I'm too lazy to read them all XD KAKA, well the wallpaper is simple and plain, you need to add more 'action' into the wallpaper, use some grunge brushes? Use some interesting and attractive filters, stuff like that to make your wallpaper more appealing and more interesting ^^

The font is fairly simple too, maybe a more grunge sort of font of you could extract the BLEACH from a scan and use that instead of writing it yourself? That may look better ^^ The scans are really lacking quality, either you slapped on useless filters or you blurred the scan WAYY too much so now the wallpaper is of low quality and got rejected.
