Look ok to me. Maybe you might want to adjust the back layers of the character cause it looks sortof messy but it looks clean and has a good amount of space.
WoW I love the patterns you used and the colors! This is a VERY good start! What I would suggest is definatly adding more pink so it balances with the greenish-turquoise.
I can also see some artifacts on the scan that need cleaning up.

Hey, this is excellent you should be proud! The only thing that seems outta place might be that text in the lower left. It's just that Ranma isn't in the wall so having his name there doesn't seem to fit. Might work better if you used a more official looking logo if you want to go that route. Otherwise you might want to to put something more relevant to the characters there, like "Golden Pair" or whatever they call themselves.

This is really good, the backdrop creats a moving effect, and the overall desing is really nice
